I popped by this A&W to try an item from their new Brew Bar. I got a small Strawberry Cream Shake ($4.19).The drink is made by a machine and it's fun to watch. The staff just needs to grab a cup and press a button. There's a countdown (count up? Lol) on the screen that tells you what percentage your drink is at (100% means it's done). The drink was good for fast food shakes. It tasted a bit artificial, but that's not surprising. I do like that they use Canadian dairy. Staff here are not as friendly or cheerful as some other locations like the one on Queen St, but they did their job and I was in and out quickly. The inside is bright and clean. They have seating outside as well. This location has a drive thru. It's in the Loblaws Plaza, so lots of free parking.

First in that location the service is terrible and slow and at 10:00 it was just 2 guys on service and i order burgers and they gave it to me cold after 10 min waiting on the drive true and also i they are rude and liars ( that was in September 7 2023 at 10:00pm ) and it was a girl .. terrible experience terrible location.. hope you guys to fix that problem and put the right guys ..

Very quick service! Always fresh! Drinks are great. The store is squeaky clean. Employees are super nice and friendly! Lots of parking. They also have drive through option. One of my favourite places for a quick meal

This place is terrible to Uber eats drivers. They expect you to wait in drive through late at night. I had to wait 20 minutes tonight for a $3 delivery before I cut off the line and walked up to the window just to find out it’s not even ready. This is unacceptable. Uber eats orders are supposed to be ready when we get there and we should be able to take them right away not wait in drive through. We already barely make minimum wage if we are lucky before expenses. I hope the owner will change their policy allowing Uber eats driver to be able to get order right away at night and will figure why the food isn’t ready when drivers get there. Until they do I will not ever go there again and I believe many drivers will follow suit.

Beyond meat is cooked on same grill with the bacon and chicken and everything else. same with the fries i believe. Be very careful if you follow kosher or halal.

We ordered two sausage and egg breakfast sandwich meals a few days ago. The hashbrowns were undercooked and the rest of the food tasted a bit off. Later, we both got food poisoning. Between this and the service being terribly slow, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Good food as always. They no longer offer root beer floats, which sucks. I ordered a specialty drink from their drink bar and it wasn't given with my meal. After waiting quite a while and seeing them serve similar drinks to customers who arrived after me I asked for mine, and then waited again and reminded them once more. I hate to pester them, but I did get my drink. It was, for all that, ok at best.Parking: Plenty of parking close to the building. Only one wheelchair parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Only one wheelchair parking spot. The doors have power openers and only open one side. I didn't use the restroom so I cannot comment on that.

I went there at 3 pm today and got a teen burger and onion rings. Whoever did the onion rings needs training. Not one ring was whole, pieces of onions and batter. A mess, very disappointing. OK i just tried the teen burger. Spines of lettuce and wilted lettuce, which I removed. too much of ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. I brought this to their attention before. Don't know if I will go back. I was a weekly customer
It's the best fast food burger chain. Their burgers, fries, onion rings, sweet potato fries, and chilled drink mugs are the best. Their plant based burger is the best one I have had so far (and I am a meat eater). And they're Canadian! What's not to love!

Usually okay when I go there but today I ordered a chicken Bacon ranch wrap and when I owned it, it only had half a piece of lettuce half a piece of bacon and that's All. I went back and said oh its 4$ for half a piece of lettuce and bacon the girl said yeah then her manager came and she gave me pretty much the same answer with attitude. I'm never going there again, on top of it everytime I order onion rings, theyre all dry!!! Get a new manager who can manage her employees

I'll start by saying I really love A&W breakfasts, they're All-Canadian is a filling and relatively healthy breakfast when you're on the go. I am saddened by the service however. Everytime I order additional items to my meal I don't recieve them, and this is not an over-exageration. I have called once to tell them and been offered a completely new meal, which is nice but clearly did not solve the initial problem. I feel bad for doing so, but I now check every order I recieve. This is not something I have to do anywhere else. I have thrown away money at this establishment because I could not return in order for them to fulfil my entire order. As a second note, I used to pull up and actually have an interaction with the person at the window. The service has become so poor that when I pull up there is not a single verbal exchange. It appears there is much conversing on the opposite side of the window, but none to the actual customer.I'm very disappointed and I believe in the long run this will impact how often I frequent this establishment.
