Me and my husband love to eat here, we’ve been several times, and I have also ordered through Uber eats several times. The ladies who work there are extremely polite and helpful. This is the very first place I’ve been to, where the waiters were offering to pack up my leftovers instead of just handing me the takeout boxes to do it myself. The food is excellent, always tasting and looking fresh. Complimentary tea when seated in restaurant, is very nice and flavourful yet gentle. I’m very picky with my food, as I have so many allergies and restrictions (celiac, milk, vegetarian, etc.), but the staff is very diligent about it, both in restaurant and also through Uber eats, they even wrote a little note on my takeout, letting me know which sauce was safe for me to eat. the environment of the restaurant is very calming and there’s even a little fish in a large and generally tidy tank that my husband and I like to sit next to and watch the fish swimming around and hiding in the rocks and coral structures.

Awful, terrible customer service. The waitresses aren’t friendly nor smile. Came here with my family last week for dinner. They were mopping and closing up but didn’t put a wet floor sign up. I slipped and fell into my fiancé when we were trying to pay the bill. We both collapsed onto the floor. The waitress asked if we were okay, but the girl mopping didn’t even look the least bit concerned nor ask. She didn’t even go and get a wet floor sign after.Food: The food quality has plummeted compared to 1-2 yrs ago. The pho was so so good before; the noodles were perfectly al dente with the most flavourful broth. Now? Soggy noodles and salted brown water as broth. Definitely won’t come back anymore

Excellent local place for dinner or lunch. Menu is however limited. Still cannot easily find my 3-colours Vietnamese dessert anywhere but in Chinatown. Service always fast and friendly. Flavourful pho and bun as well as their rolls. A family favourite and conveniently close to home for us in Barrrhaven.

I love the food here but service is very minimal. I asked for a small bowl of soup and the server didn't mention anything about the price. In the end that soup (bowl size slightly bigger than the tea cup) is $3. It's actually written on the menu with very small font "side soup" so I guess it's my bad of not reading every word carefully on their three pieces of menus.
The food was outstanding, the service was good.The double doors are not doing enough to keep the cold weather out, as there is no ceiling on the vestibule.Will definitely come back.

My daughter and I came for lunch. We were seated quickly, brought tea right away and after we ordered the food was very quickly delivered. The lettuce, cucumber and bean sprouts were fresh and crispy in my vermicelli bowl. The grilled pork was nice. The spring roll was not my favourite, it tasted only of oil.

Authentic Vietnamese Pho House is a great family run restaurant located in Barrhaven.The food was very good, everything was fresh. The bun bo hue was very flavorful and had a nice balance of spiciness. The pho broth was rich and had nice beef flavours. I particularly enjoyed the fried quail appetizer, it's a rare find, the sauce paired well with the quail, it was citrusy and spicy.The service was very friendly and attentive to our large group. The dishes came out quickly and hot.
