Baan Thai is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to! From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The waiter serving us was incredibly kind and patient, which meant so much since we had two young kids with us. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

From the classic Pad Thai to their unique variations of traditional dishes, everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and seasoned. It’s rare to find a place that balances authenticity with approachability so well.
The portion sizes were very generous, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received. We left feeling completely satisfied, both in terms of taste and value.

Rice was a hard ball. Shrimp where so over cooked size of a dime. Called then and explained what was going on. They would only do something if we drove all the way back there and got new meals. That's OK if you are close. No credit nothing. Had been going here long time. Not again 😑

We were told 45 minutes for our takeout order. We arrived at 45 minutes and ended up waiting another 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable service. Everyone kept saying “a few more minutes”. Great food, but you lost a customer with this unacceptable wait times.

I ordered the food at 5 pm. I was told to pick it up at 6 pm. I arrived right at 6 and paid for the meal. It is almost 7 pm and I am still waiting. It was a very simple order.
