The attendant Chitra was very caring and respectful for our family's needs. Very calm and respectful.

This was an absolute nightmare. I placed an online order, drove to pick it up, and when I arrived, they hadn’t even started preparing it. The staff told me to wait 20 minutes, so I stepped outside. Just 3 minutes later, my order was canceled without any explanation. I wasted an hour, burned gas, and my family went hungry—all during the holiday season. The service was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Complete waste of time and money.

Poor service , i ordered 6 items and the guy said it will take 20 minutes. But I got food after 50 minutes . To fuel on the fire is that the guy said he can’t make 1 item and he gave me refund for that with no apology gesture. There was only one guy working in the restaurant , who was taking orders and making food .My suggestion is to owner is , if your business is doing good , dude time to hire some employees to provide better service to your customers.

I ordered chipotle burger and garlic bread. Chipotle burger was buy 1 get one free…
I didnt get the free burger!! Upon calling the store they are not even sorry for it and wants me to come to the store to pick it up!!! Why would I order in uber if I had to pick it up by myself!!! This is ridiculous!!! They cant even provide with any refund!!
