Ordered delivery a couple times and they are always still warm and never soggy. Their ingredients are so Fresh! Love their burritos, they are so good. Love the pineapple salsa. My go to for Burritos! 🌯 🌯

Out of the places now in the plaza don’t come here. There March 4th at 4pm got two bowls smallest portions ever. Asked for more lettuce and was given legitimately one extra shred per bowl😅 like I don’t mind paying more for extra stuff but to not even get half a bowl full is insane.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered from Skip the Dishes, taking advantage of their buy-one-get-one falafel burrito deal. The burrito arrived completely messed up. The falafel was uncooked, with barely any sauce, and not grilled at all. We called the store right after delivery, but the team member claimed I wasn’t on my shift. She even said she started at 7:00 p.m., despite our order being placed at 7:04 p.m. This is a serious issue to consider, especially when running online promotions. Please ensure food quality is maintained.

The amount given for the bean burrito that I had ordered was not consistent with other locations. When ordering a meat burrito the menu shows that the portions given for protein are 2 oz then four then six however for the bean burrito the employee said it was only two scoops of a large for a large burrito which was what she also put on my partner's small burrito.

Be careful when ordering from here. The staff working in the front do not check or verify the order details before giving it to the delivery guy. They will mess up your order and refuse to re-create the order. We ordered from Uber Eats. We even called the restaurant and the Indian girl said they were too 'busy' to confirm the order before handing it off. She said there was no manager or supervisor on site and refused to give her name. So basically she gave it to someone for free and the Uber delivery guy couldn't pick it up because the restaurant gave it to someone else.

I eat from barburritos often - great value can be found. I ordered a quesadilla and two value burritos. I genuinely believe they're trying for the record of smallest burrito ever made. The two value smalls were at best a third of the size of my usual barburritos small. Incredibly dissapointed in what I received. Please do better.

I ordered four bowls online from the BarBurrito Hunt Club branch through Uber Eats, and this was a very disappointing experience. All four bowls arrived only half filled, which was shocking considering the price. It honestly felt like I received half the food I paid for.

I have attached photos to show exactly how the bowls were delivered. This was not a one-off issue with a single item, every bowl had the same problem, which makes it even more frustrating. When ordering multiple meals, you expect some consistency and a reasonable portion size, and this order failed on both.

This experience left me very dissatisfied and hesitant to order again from this location. I expect much better quality control and portion accuracy, especially when customers are paying full price and delivery fees.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and included a note requesting extra rice, as I did not choose any protein or beans. When I received the bowl, it contained significantly less rice than usual and was nearly empty. When I contacted the restaurant, I was advised to place a new order. I am unclear why I should reorder when my original request was clearly stated in the order notes and could have been accommodated at the time of preparation.

We ordered online this evening. The food was below average. No one in my family liked it. There was no one at the restaurant and the worker was sitting at a table and having her food. Her behaviour was not appreciable. She didn’t even care to handover the food bag to me. She has just shown the bag and I had to take it. We asked for extra cutlery which we didn’t find in the bag.

I would never return to this location. Providing proper training to the workers is a must. I wonder how can a restaurant like Bar Burrito have this kind of staff who are under trained and egoistic.

I would be willing to lodge a complaint to the restaurant owner about this staff and food.

On Dec, 5th, I placed a DoorDash order for pickup and came to the store myself. When I arrived, the cashier had already given my order to a DoorDash driver without double-checking the name or order type.

I politely asked if my order could be remade since the mistake was not mine. The cashier refused & said she did not want to make the order again. I only asked once and remained respectful, but I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service.

This was frustrating because I spent my time and money to come pick up the order & I did nothing wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, I take my business elsewhere.

As a customer, BE CAREFUL when placing pickup orders here, as orders may be given away without proper verification.

I got a burrito with the beans as the protein and my friend got the chicken nachos, was extremely disgusting. The wrap had literally nothing in it and the nachos had hardly any chips in the box, wouldn’t recommend. It was really gross
