When I received the bowl, it contained significantly less rice than usual and was nearly empty. When I contacted the restaurant, I was advised to place a new order. I am unclear why I should reorder when my original request was clearly stated in the order notes and could have been accommodated at the time of preparation.

We ordered online this evening. The food was below average. No one in my family liked it. There was no one at the restaurant and the worker was sitting at a table and having her food. Her behaviour was not appreciable. She didn’t even care to handover the food bag to me. She has just shown the bag and I had to take it. We asked for extra cutlery which we didn’t find in the bag.
I would never return to this location. Providing proper training to the workers is a must. I wonder how can a restaurant like Bar Burrito have this kind of staff who are under trained and egoistic.
I would be willing to lodge a complaint to the restaurant owner about this staff and food.

On Dec, 5th, I placed a DoorDash order for pickup and came to the store myself. When I arrived, the cashier had already given my order to a DoorDash driver without double-checking the name or order type.
I politely asked if my order could be remade since the mistake was not mine. The cashier refused & said she did not want to make the order again. I only asked once and remained respectful, but I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service.
This was frustrating because I spent my time and money to come pick up the order & I did nothing wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, I take my business elsewhere.
As a customer, BE CAREFUL when placing pickup orders here, as orders may be given away without proper verification.

I got a burrito with the beans as the protein and my friend got the chicken nachos, was extremely disgusting. The wrap had literally nothing in it and the nachos had hardly any chips in the box, wouldn’t recommend. It was really gross

For public awareness If you order Bogo be aware they’re very light on the ingredients. I can see this from previous reviews as well. I even paid extra for guac and got a teeny smear. Rice was undercooked also.

Ordered regular sized burrito, spicy chicken. Assembly was standard but employee failed to really squeeze excess liquid from chicken when getting it from the steam table, resulting in a really juicy sandwich. On eating, discovered the mexican rice was either dried out or undercooked, with lots of crunchy bits. Flavor was mid. Selection OK. Guac is not cost extra. Ambiance and service feels like corporate min-wage-effort rather than owner-run or like theyre trying to be different from other corporate franchises.

The staff here are always so rude and unpleasant. They do not greet you, smile, or seem to enjoy their job at all. I kept coming here as it is the closest Bar Burrito to my house but I leave unhappy and dissatisfied time and time again. I think tonight will be my last visit.

Had a very poor experience here. Infant sized portions for protein. Be prepared to pay extra for what might be considered a normal serving. I won’t be back.
Walked at 2:45PM on Friday afternoon. Girl working had to skills to greet or welcome customer. No eye contact, no ask on the food as if I’m getting the food for free. I walked out and bought my lunch next door. Just a simple hello and what can I get for you goes the long way. Poor staff with no skills
