My 10-year-old daughter read online, from multiple sources, that Baskin-Robbins gives a free scoop of ice cream to students who earn straight A’s. We’re regular customers, and she was so proud of her hard work and excited to celebrate with her favourite treat.
Unfortunately, this location doesn’t participate in that program, and she was really disappointed. What’s a small scoop of ice cream for a loyal customer, especially one who worked so hard? It would have been a simple but meaningful gesture.
Not only did this experience dampen her excitement, but it also cost the store a few loyal customers. A program like this could be a wonderful way to attract new customers and spread goodwill in the community. It is cheap and easy - marketing 101.

We had a great experience, the girl that was working the counter around 7pm on Oct 18th was very kind and did a great job.
Good selection of flavours, nice atmosphere, my only complaint is the long wait times but that could have just been a off-day at this location!
