I ordered two ginger hammer with orange regularly from last 3 days , but today she add alot of ginger in it . I just taste a sip and complain about that at front desk . But at the place of listening, she told me that booster juice have no policy to remake the order if the order was not properly made . Then i ask her about manager, again she told me no manager on this booster juice . At the place of solving the problem , she argued with me and told me to repay for that order . I really feel bad today .

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Booster Juice, and I must say, it was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I could sense something was amiss. The atmosphere that initially seemed inviting was overshadowed by an unsettling feeling as I glanced around the back area.As I took my seat, I couldn't help but notice the occasional presence of small insects scurrying along the floor and even climbing up the walls. It was truly unsettling to see bugs so close to where food was being prepared and served. While I understand that restaurants can sometimes encounter pest control challenges, the frequency of these unwelcome visitors was certainly concerning.It was truly disappointing to witness such a lack of attention to hygiene, especially in an area that should be maintained meticulously.Regrettably, these issues with pests and cleanliness significantly impacted my overall experience. It's difficult to enjoy a drink when the surroundings are tainted by the presence of bugs and the knowledge that the back room isn't being properly maintained. As a customer, I value both the quality of the food and the ambiance of the place, and unfortunately, Booster Juice fell short on both fronts.It's my sincere hope that Booster Juice takes immediate action to address these critical concerns. The place's reputation relies heavily on its commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a pest-free environment. I genuinely believe that with the right measures in place, they could turn their current state around and provide patrons with the experience they deserve.Until I see noticeable improvements in terms of cleanliness and pest control, I cannot in good conscience recommend Booster Juice to others. It's a regrettable situation that has left me disappointed and hesitant to return.

No, I’m not adding a tip for someone to just do their job. It’s up to the employer to pay a living wage.

I have very specific food allergies and I wasn’t sure what was in all the smoothies. Holly explained the entire menu to me and was so patient. Excellent customer service!!

I went into this store 3 weeks ago and left my information for a manager to call me back. They assured me somebody would be reaching out and I still haven’t heard from anybody. The reason for my wanting to speak to a manager was because of a food safety issue. Clearly they don’t care about their customers. Please open the lid and inspect your drink before consuming it. Don’t make the mistake we did
