I had a small pizza for lunch. I thought what could go wrong, it is Boston pizza after all...Well, the small is basically kids size, tasteless with a weird bacon on top. Super disappointed. And then I paid around $20 for it. The kitchen was very slow. It took a long time to finish lunch.

Staff don't care about uber drivers waiting to get the deliveries, i went twice there to pick up orders but the staff was just walking around and didn't cared about it. I waited 10-15 each time I went there. Poor customer service👎

Awful service , rude people BP at Barheaven they have better service and more polite Not coming back here again
Would have stayed longer and had a few more drinks but the female servers were dragging chairs and table in the dining room creating much annoying noise, could not relax. Server Jacob we had was fantastic.

Ordered takeout, grilled chicken tacos, and I don't know if the recipe for those tacos came straight from the Boston Pizza HQ or if the individual restaurant has any say in the recipe, but I will say that whoever thought that it was a good idea to use sourkrout in a grilled chicken taco needs to rethink that idea, it is not good and I remember ordering those tacos before, it was never like that before, this change in the recipe was gross. I ate it because I already paid for it and picked up my order, but I will not be re-ordering it again.

Love this place . The staff is always super friendly and the food is quite good. Pizzas are a bit overpriced but the beer is cheap so it balances out. The kids enjoy this place . It family friendly for sure
