Noodles(chowmein) are first boiled just enough that they are not over boiled and then drained and cooked in special thin base container with cabbage; carrots ; onions and given a good toss and then vinegar and our special ginger garlic paste is added along with dark soya sauce and cooked until they are crisp. Dahi bhalla chaat
This is something very unique chaat. Four pieces of lentil dumplings are soaked in cold and sweet yogurt and then tamarind and mint sauce is added and on top of that our special spices are added with sev and fresh coriander leaves and fresh pomengrate seeds
Mix veg pakora
This is al time favourite snack for all Indians. Mix veggis like fresh chopped spinach; potatoes ; cauliflower are dipped in chick pea flour and special spices are added to it's batter and then deep fried in small balls. First they are half fried and we let it dry so that extra oil is taken out and when order is received ; they are refried again to make them crisp and crunchy and then served with tamarind sauce. A perfect anck for tea time ; bed time ; living room time or can be enjoyed in car. Chana Masala
This curry is our most best seller in veg section as Chana is served with our fresh Bhaturas(fried bread) ; Amritsari Kulchas and with naan and rice. We don't use tin chickpeas ; we soak our own chikpeas overnight and add some spices in water ; spices like cloves ; cardamon ; daalchini (cinnamon stick); tea bags(to give dark color to chickpeas) javetri(mace) and all these open spices are rolled into muslin cloth so that they just leave flavour in our mouth and not actually come in our mouth. Chickpeas are boiled overnight and then cooked in onioin and tomato gravy and we claim that we have the best chickpea curry in ottawa
Shahi Paneer
Fresh diced Paneer(ricotta cheese) is cooked in smooth and silky tomato based gravy with some spices and has some tangy and sweet flavour and favoutite among kids as no onions are visible. Goes perfect with naan or rice and serves 2 people

Chana Bhatura
Two pieces of all purpose flour are deep fried and served with our special chick pea curry and pickled onions. What makes us unique??? I solemly declare that we don't use regular dough to make our bhaturas unlike other resturants ; we make our special dough for the bhaturas and we add sooji ; some milk ; some fenugreek leaves ; some butter and then only we make balls from this dough and it's fried after that. It's a challange if someone can prove us that we use same dough for Bhaturas what we use for our Naan breads ; Chana bhaturas will be free for entire life for that individual. Therefore we urge everyone to try our chana bhaturas and check the difference
Garlic Naan
Fresh naan is first rolled and then topped with fresh garlic and coriander leaves and baked in tandoor to perfection. Best in ottawa and one naan serves one person
Amritsari Kulcha
This is where we are different!! We create Amritsar(India) in Canada and once you have it ; it will remind you street food in Amritsar India. Naan is stuffed with spiced potatoes and paneer and it's rolled and topped with fresh coriander leaves; carrom seeds ; Kalaungi seeds ; and our special spice mix and baked in tandoor. Once it's cooked we cut into two pieces and it's served with our special chick pea curry and pickled onions. PLEASE DO NOT MISS THIS ITEM AND MUST TRY ONCE IN YOUR LIFETIME
Plain Naan
As the name suggests ; plain naan ; naan dough is rolled and baked in our tandoor until golden brown and then cut into two pieces topped with some butter and our naan is soooo big that you can't eat more than one!!!!.
Butter Naan
This is what makes us different!!! We just don't make naan and apply butter on it and term it as butter naan ; we actually make authentic ; layerd ; delhi style naan and no one make it not only in ottawa but we bet no one makes in ontario perhaps Canada. First naan is rolled ; then buttered and then we add our secret spiced ; coriander ; fenugreek leaves and dust it again with flour . Then we give naan a rest or give our butter naan a breif holiday for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes we roll it again and bake in our tandoor and when we take out ; it comes out layred and then we add butter in it's each and every layer and it's soooooo soft and smooth you will be stunned and surprised and then you will compare with other restaurants what you were having all your life. It's a time consuming and hard process and the money is not for it's dough but for hard work it takes to make it but the end result is "YUM" value for money
Tandoori Roti
Whole wheat flour is first rolled in small balls then flattned with rolling pin and baked in tandoor until it's fully cooked. Our roti is light weight and one person can have 2 or 3 rotis

Crisp crunchy coin shaped matthis or papris are dipped in our special cold sweet yogurt ; two pieces of lentil dumplings are added too in this chaat which makes it very unique and delicious and then tamarind and mint sauce is added and on top of that our special spices are added and garnished with fresh coriander and thin sev and fresh pomengrate seeds!!! A MUST TRY CHAAT YOU WON'T FIND ANYWHERE IN OTTAWA AND WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCT.

Two pieces of fresh samosas are crushed and then topped with chick pea curry ; sweet yogurt ; mint sauce and then topped with some diced raw onions and thenour special spices are added on top of it ; must try this chaat and easily serves 2 people

This is all time favourite snack in Punjab India. Bread is stuffed with spiced potatoes and then dipped into chick pea flour and then deep fried til it's golden brown and then served with mint or tamarind sauce. This one piece will make you full and you need not to eat anything therafter atleat for 3-4 hours
Mix veg pakora
This is al time favourite snack for all Indians. Mix veggis like fresh chopped spinach; potatoes ; cauliflower are dipped in chick pea flour and special spices are added to it's batter and then deep fried in small balls. First they are half fried and we let it dry so that extra oil is taken out and when order is received ; they are refried again to make them crisp and crunchy and then served with tamarind sauce. A perfect anck for tea time ; bed time ; living room time or can be enjoyed in car. You may also make a wrap with these pakoras ; just take a pita bread ; add some lettuce; cucumber ; onions and then add these hot crunchy pakoras and make it a wrap on the go. Serves 2-3 people

This is something very unique chaat. Four pieces of lentil dumplings are soaked in cold and sweet yogurt and then tamarind and mint sauce is added and on top of that our special spices are added with sev and fresh coriander leaves and fresh pomengrate seeds
Aaloo tikki chaat
Three pieces of potato tikkis are crushed and then topped with chick pea curry ; sweet yogurt ; mint sauce and then topped with some diced raw onions and thenour special spices are added on top of it ; must try this chaat and easily serves 2 people(Sometimes we have big size tikkis which are specially made to order and are stuffed with chana daal ; so depending upon the availability ; we might use either tikki and if we use big stuffed tikki then we use only two potato tikkis in our aaloo tikki chaat
