Called to make an inquiry about reservations. There was no courtesies on the phone from the staff with no hello or goodbye. I'm sure in person is better but you need to extend the pleasantries to everyone who is a customer or potential customer. Planning to go there for brunch today - and I hope the in-person service is better than the phone service.

Bad service. I went on a busy morning which may have been part of the issue… but they were almost triple staffed than usual. Waited almost 2 hours for my food, and I could tell it’s been sitting at the window for a while. Parts of the order also weren’t right. I understood it was a busy day, but I asked if I could re-heat it or get something else; because it was completely cold and mushy, and I could tell it’s been sitting. She said that that is impossible for it to have been sitting and she implied that we were lying, probably for a refund. Was kinda annoyed but I get it was a stressful day for them. She got very defensive for some reason. I just left and ate my cold food. Not impressed.

My husband and I got the Supreme Nachos ($23) and added Pulled Pork for $7. The nachos were great, but the amount of pulled pork was pretty disappointing - just a few pieces, so we had to share carefully to make sure we both got some. I mentioned it to our server, and she was super nice and took the $7 off our bill, which was great. Awesome service, but I wish the pulled pork was worth the extra cost.
