The business has changed hands and they are not up to the previous owners standards. In the past the food was excellent. Our meal today was tasteless, the breaded chicken was too thinly sliced and over breaded and difficult to cut through. Won't be ordering from them again. Disappointing.

General Tao's Chicken tasted fishy. They didn't give us the crispy beef we asked for. Everything seems soggy even though it was supposedly just made.Our order only took 10 minutes to make and have us pick up which was odd, considering our usual place takes 15-20 minutes for pick up.

Typically 1-1.5 hours for a delivery. Completely unacceptable. Save your time and order somewhere else.
Don't know what happened, ordered here for the first time in a while, and everything tastes different. And not in a good way.Also, Chicken Guy Ding isn't available a la carte for some reason? Ordered the only almond chicken dish and got what looks like regular previously frozen breaded chicken strips you can get a lot cheaper elsewhere with a side of lumpy gravy.No thanks. Looks like we'll be looking for another Chinese takeout place.

Couple of weeks ago I ordered rice and curry but the curry was only half way filled. I complained right away and they said they would give me free curry next time. I ordered again today and this time the curry was full but the rice was only half way filled. Most of the curry is filled with onions rather than meat. It would be nice to get more meat for the price I payed. This is my third time complaining and they still haven’t fixed this issue.

I guess this is by far the most disappointing set of dishes we ordered from brother chiu.The veggies on our dishes sadly were not fresh. They are "just ripe". The dishes were packed with snow peas and gailan that even myself won't cook/serve.The tofu with vegetables dish we ordered were all gailan.We drive to Barrhaven only to order Chinese food from them. We were just very disappointed.
