The cashier who took my order was the most attentive, professional, and pleasant young man. I even told his manager his service was outstanding. Best service I have ever received from BK.
Ordered whopper meals with extra tomatoes and onions on the burger. Got it with 1.5 thin slices of tomatoes and minimal onions. The meat patty was 1 inch smaller than a bun and it was room temperature. Fries were hot and fresh.

This Burger King location can't keep there dinning room clean and slow service and the building needs updating the wheelchair accessible dont work and the Canadian food agency has been in to check up on Burger King and the sharama next door

The Canadian Food Agency should be notified about this Burger King,the first thing you notice when walking in is the sticky floors,bent chairs. I can only imagine the kitchen is just as bad & the service is awful, so come here to enjoy cold food & a wait of 20 minutes for fast food.

Was there yesterday evening and ordered a whopper with cheese , got the whopper without cheese , big blob of onion rind in it and meat tasted over cooked or not fresh
Served me a raw spicy chicken burger. Manager didn’t seem to understand the food safety issue when I called and wouldn’t take a complaint just offered a free burger on next visit. Tried BK’s online portal to make the complaint on 3 occasions and always comes up an an error submitting your support case. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t eat at this location as they clearly don’t understand food safety.
