Best burrito place in barrhaven. Their secret burrito sauce is the best around. The spicy salsa came out of me like hot lava. 10/10 would recommend. My only complaint is that their ventilation system either doesn't work or they don't use it because I leave there smelling like a smokey burrito. I just want to eat my burrito, not smoke/wear it. This deters me from coming more often.

I don't expect a lot from fast food places. But, I do expect good to great customer service. That's not what I got today. The person who served me was wearing an earpiece the whole time. That doesn't really bother me, unless I have to repeat myself every time I'm asked a question. And that's what happened with my order. I got 2 tacos. They were sub par compared to tacos from other franchises. Dry. Tasteless. Even with all the toppings, they left me unsatisfied. I'll be getting my next taco fix elsewhere.

Honestly...for the price it just isn't worth it. We had Burritos and quesidillas, and they were so bland. Very disappointing. If you're going to pay the current prices to eat out, go support somewhere decent.

Ordered large pulled beef burrito and a pulled pork burrito bowl. The bowl was around 15 bucks and the wrap was 13 bucks so really good price. Both were delicious and fresh. Liked the pulled beef more. Service was excellent and fast. Less than 5 minutes. 10/10

We had nachos so many times from gringo. But this time Within 10 minutes of having nachos ( 8:20 pm order pick up *precised) I have to post that the food (Large nachos ) tastes and smells soooo BAD. Like you can taste the oil and smell the oil from it. Idk what's wrong this time but sorry it forced me to write it down this review just right after having it. No doubt service was good , staff was also helpful but the food kinda dropped the whole mood. We literally have to throw it out after.

i went there for like 6th time and my experience was too good best burrito place ever. I tried their quesadilla with chicken and it was brilliant Eventually i tried their burrito with tofu it was also outstanding. Lastly the customer servicer was really good and the environment and cleanings was on other level
