Just received the best burrito of my life from this place. It was massive- perfect because I am so hungover. The tortilla was stretched to its absolute limit- filled with the best pork, beans, corn, lettuce,onions and sauce I have ever had. And let me talk about the cheese. There was no skimping on cheese here. I had this delivered and when it got to my door the cheese was still perfectly melty. And it still is now as I type this. I wont lie this burrito fell apart half way through eating it, but now I get to enjoy the most perfect burrito bowl. I love burritos, and I've eaten them at alot of places, both here in ottawa and in montreal. I've been having about a burrito a week for like 5 years now and this is it. This is best one. Please if you do anything for yourself today, get yourself a burrito gringo burrito. And tip the staff good. They never skimp (all too common now at Chipotle and mucho burrito and all the others) and they always treat you so good. Please

I had supper here yesterday with a friend. I had the Burrito Bowl. There was a very generous portion of chicken (other protein choices available), and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. 3 choices of heat for the salsa which was fresh. I chose the large bowl and had plenty of leftovers to take home. The staff were friendly and efficient. The tables and chairs are average but clean. The music evoked spending time in Mexico and was a good volume, not too loud. The only spoiler was a couple of flies that came after a while at our table. I would recommend this place.

I usually come to this location but tonight the service was just outstanding. I ended up talking to Betty and Haley the entire time my food was getting prepared and they were both super nice and cheerful and super friendly! The food is always good I always get the nachos and a extra little bag of chips cause they are gas and load them up perfectly and the extra chips are for the extra toppings at the end. The burrito I get when I'm real hungry and not planning on sharing cause it'll fill me up perfectly every time. Great vibe and super chill I show and in pajamas and the workers dap me up...my kinda place

For those who enjoy Mexican food, this place has the BEST quesadillas I've had in my life!, and believe me when I say I've had my fair share of quesadillas in 64 years.
The energy of the staff is friendly and easy going in ways is not normal to find.
Not only I find this place highly recommendable, but I'll be coming back every time I'm in Ottawa.

The nachos I had at today were absolutely delicious!Every bite was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The portion was generous, making it great for sharing and employees are friendly and attentive too.I’ll definitely be going back for more!
Went in with a friend tonight. There was a young girl in front of us with another young girl, the Indian girl working approached and told the one in the front to go behind and make what she wanted as they were quite busy. She refused and the older lady working said she can’t. Time passed and as time passed the girl in front of us asked a question and with a store full of people the Indian girl blantly told the girl in front “how about you just don’t don’t talk that would be helpful”. Our mouths drop so we knew she worked there too but right now she’s paying she’s one of us. We will not be back. The poor young girl didn’t even wait for her food she left.

Update: I was contacted by the manager that guaranteed it was a miscommunication from his staff and the "ANY DRINK" promotions really means ANY drink, not only bottles. I will give them another try since those miscommunications can happen and will update my review accordingly. ---- False advertising! I went there on a monday, noticed the promotional ad and ordered two burritos and a medium coke, just to be charged the full amount. When I asked about the promotion the guy told me only "Jarritos" bottles are part of the promotion as drinks... I pointed to the "ANY DRINK" part of the ad and he said that there was nothing to do, that he "was told just Jarritos"..... -----
