Ordered food on New Years Eve, I realize they were very busy, however, I did expect to receive good food. This was not the case, egg rolls were hard as were the garlic spare ribs, could not get the meat off the ribs and the chicken fried rice was just rice with very little chicken. Doubt if I will be back.

Our go-to after endlessly searching for a consistently clean, fresh and delicious spot for takeout. Their open ended egg rolls > golden palace. No funky smells or stale ingredients that you get sometimes at T&T or other restaurants. Staff always friendly and food always packed well with tons of soy sauce, cookies and perks when you spend certain amounts.

Best Chinese food in Ottawa is a must try. This will be our go to Chinese food going forward.
Finally a good Chinese spot!! The general Tao chicken is not too breaded and was nice and crispy. Beef and broccoli was really good too. Crispy broccoli and soft beef. Will definitely be ordering again. We made a mistake with one of our noodle dishes/ordered the wrong item and they happily gave us a replacement with the correct item. Really great owners! Thank you :)

We have been searching for a new Chinese restaurant for a couple of years since our old go-to went downhill. After trying about five other Barrhaven places, we ordered from here for the first time today and everything was perfect, the flavors, the sauce levels, textures and options are all spot on to what we like. Will order again. Finally, we have a new go-to Chinese place! Also the website is great with lots of info. Easily 3 meals worth of food as well

One of the worst places to eat.....I ordered chicken pad thai and that didn't have vegetables as mentioned in their menu. I called the store and they wanted me to bring it back to their store. I asked them if I could send a photo on any number but they denied. I also offered a video but the same answer. I work in barrhaven and live in Kanata so I ordered from this place because it was on my way back home. I told them I am in Kanata but they wanted me to bring it back to barrhaven. I didn't ask for free food I just wanted to see their mistake and cook it carefully next time. But their approach has no customer focused nor any kind of acceptance for their mistake. The person on the call didn't seem to know how to handle customers'complaints. I told them I will not order again in return they said thank you. Worst experience.

Sezchuan chicken was rubbery and chewy. The fried rice tasted like it’s been there for 10 days, old and stale. The only thing edible were the spring rolls and the fourtune cookies.
