My experience was good. The restaurant is so beautiful with amazing and friendly workers. The only downside was that I had really high expectations for my steak, with it being a steak house My steak was just okay if I'm being honest. But I'll definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I came in to celebrate our anniversary and had the pleasure of being served by Cameron. He was by far one of the best servers, if not the best server, I have ever had, and I myself am a server for over 4 years. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. They got us a complimentary dessert and even wrote us a “happy anniversary” card. We found a new favourite restaurant and team of excellent staff. If you ever want to have a memorable, outstanding dining experience, especially if you're celebrating a special occasion, go to this Chop location, and request Cameron! 15/10, will definitely be back.

We were a table of 5 and 2 steaks were asked to be well done and came to the table medium One asked for no vegetables and when it came back to the table after being re cooked it was tough and 1 had vegetables that were asked not to be put on the plate . All we got for the mistake was a free desert instead of the mistake being taken off our bills. Maybe they should think that some people may not be able to eat desert due to diabetes or allergens they should have asked. We have been to this location before and never have had this before . I'm not sure if we wil be back

I went for lunch with my 10 year old daughter. She had the kid's steak plate and I had the new open face steak sandwich. Both were amazing and decently priced. We went at 11:30, which beat the lunch rush. It was relatively quiet and peaceful. Service was fast friendly. I will definitely be returning throughout the summer.

The food was terrific. The tenderloin and smoked rib eye were cooked to perfection. Area near the servers was a bit noisy and very busy. All in all it's about the food.

In this tough climate you need to be careful where you spend your money. I will choose Chop every time. Appies, steak and salads were absolutely delicious.

I ordered Banoffee dessert and mentioned a food intolerance and our server double checked to make sure it was prepared in a manner safe for me to consume. Two thumbs up for service and food!!
