Went to Chop yesterday evening. Striploin cooked to perfection but waaaaay to salty - salt was the only thing we were tasting! Also, bottle of red wine was too warmed - mostly tasted the alcohol.Service was great, as was the overal atmosphere.So...if I were to return I'd specifically ask for 50% less salt on my steak, and for the bottle of red to be chilled/put on ice. Finally, management should add the year of the bottles in their wine list.

It was our first time eating here and it was an amazing experience! We sat up at the bar. The bar staff surprised us with a goat cheese dip appetizer as a welcome for eating there for the first time. It was delicious!! The atmosphere was great as well as the drinks and drinks too. The bar staff were very knowledgeable and kind - perfectly suited for that environment.I had the mexican street corn ribs as an appetizer, and wow!For the main course I ordered the avocado superbowl with chicken. That also was delicious. And there were enough for leftovers the next day too, which was even better.Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!

Wow, what an amazing place. First time for me and my husband Saturday March 9 2024. Manager came with an appetizer on the house. He was bery nice. A great touch. Super yummy. Escargot was the best I ever had. I had the steak Oscar with filet. Wow wow wow. Cooked perfect to medium. My husband got the steak and lobster, was suppose to be cooked to medium but it was quite raw. He couldn't finish it. But didn't want go send it back.Ceasars and wine, top notch. On pricey side, but nice for a special night.Atmosphere was the total vibe even sitting on bar side.We will for sure be back again for date night. Thank you so much.

This was a really nice surprise. Steaks can be a joy to eat or really tough. This was a joy. Everything was simple, elegant and very tasty. The soup of the day, butternut squash, was Delicious. The complimentary appetizer.... goat cheese dip, was a treat and like starting with dessert! The steak was wonderful but what I was really impressed with was that they took great care when preparing the vegetables that are usually just a garnish. The beets and beans were wonderfully prepared. Every bite was more than satisfying. Definitely recommend a visit!

The server Desiree B was amazing. This was my first time ever eating at this location. I had breakfast and the food was very good. Eggs a little cold, the service... well, let me tell you, my server, Desiree B, was out standing. Her appearance out of 10 was a 9.5, and her smile and attitude was a 11. She was so sweet and kind. i wish there were more like her.
This is now our favorite place to eat. I highly recommend the steak smoked with mashed potatoes. I don't know how they make those mashed (I don't even like mashed potatoes) potatoes so freaking incredible but they are! Gorgeous restaurant as well.
Best meal I’ve had in awhile. My steak and lobster surf and turf was cooked to perfection and I still salivate thinking about the mashed potatoes. We got our meal orders in and our food relatively quickly! We found ourselves waiting a long time for dessert to arrive and catching our server to grab the bill unfortunately (30+ minutes). Overall, amazing food, plenty of parking, and great ambiance.
There is a great wine choice. We had the daily soup with prime beef pieces. It was delicious. The prime beef was perfect and the cod was prepared perfectly too. Our second time here and will be back. It's a bit noisy but only because it's busy and many people obviously love the place

The steak was cooked perfectly. The service left something to be desired. An appetizer arrived with the meal. Had to remind the waiter to bring a dessert menu and coffee. Was hard for him to be attentive and overall the meal cost more than it should have because of the service.
