Stopped by the Cinnabon at Bayshore while shopping — the smell was tempting, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The staff (teenagers) behaved unprofessionally, playing with napkins and gloves, and basic hygiene standards were lacking (one employee had a beard with no hair covering). A fresh batch of buns came out while we were there, but they looked very messy, with icing applied carelessly and no quality control. We ended up leaving without buying anything. I understand the staff is young, but for a place charging around $8 per bun, I expect a much higher level of cleanliness and professionalism.

Love the product - although went today to purchase a box of 6 or 4, and they wouldn’t sell us a box because they’re busy and afraid to run out of singles, so this is an FYI that you can’t necessarily order what’s on their menu. This was at 4:00 and they close at 6:00. Lots of product in the counter and waiting to be put in the counter. I asked for 6 singles then, and it was almost double the price. Posting this on the menu would save people from waiting in a long line only to be told they can’t get what they came for.

This afternoon I visited your Bayshore location and purchased one classic Cinnabon. Everything initially was perfect....the customer service was great, and I want to start by saying that I genuinely love Cinnabon. My child and I enjoy it as a special treat every now and then.
However, halfway through eating it, I was extremely disappointed to find a foreign object baked inside. When I cut into the deeper end of the roll, there was a 2–3 inch long piece of transparent plastic embedded in it. Thankfully, I noticed it before my child could have consumed it.
The foreign object inside the food is extremely concerning from a food safety and hygiene standpoint. At $8 or whatever amount spent, customers expect quality and safe products, and this experience did not meet that standard. I’m sharing this because I believe it’s important for your team to be aware, be cautious, and take steps to prevent this from happening again. For now, I am avoiding this place by all means.
I would appreciate a follow-up on this matter. Thank you for your attention.

Adam was amazing. It’s actually the first employee at that place that really served us with a smile and thought about putting napkins for us and ask if we wanted ustensiles which I always have to ask and ask. Seriously wowowow. He made the whole experience way better as to be honest…my experience before was awful at the same place.

Picked up a 9 pack of minibons to go, and they were terrible; really stale and dry with some really hard bits. Barely frosted. Not consistent with the quality at other cinnabon locations. Also, the staff member who served me had a very rude and unpleasant demeanour.

We first called before going to this location after we visited the St Laurent location and they had nothing ready to serve. This was at about 2 PM today. We were told they had lots left. So we drove all the way to the Bayshore Mall. When we arrived we are told that they cannot sell 6 packs since they can only do today when they have old product left. All the fresh product are only sold individually. How ridiculous is this policy? Also to add, they only had two cinnamon buns left to serve. So after all the driving around we ended up just going home empty handed!

Every time I go to the location at Bayshore shopping center they never have the product to fill my order. I was just there and they are all stand8ng around leaning on the counters and playing with their phones instead of making product.
