Love the product - although went today to purchase a box of 6 or 4, and they wouldn’t sell us a box because they’re busy and afraid to run out of singles, so this is an FYI that you can’t necessarily order what’s on their menu. This was at 4:00 and they close at 6:00. Lots of product in the counter and waiting to be put in the counter. I asked for 6 singles then, and it was almost double the price. Posting this on the menu would save people from waiting in a long line...
Ridha was amazing! Super friendly, quick, and made my order perfectly. You can tell she really cares about customers — her positive attitude made my day. Best service I’ve had at Cinnabon!
Adam was amazing. It’s actually the first employee at that place that really served us with a smile and thought about putting napkins for us and ask if we wanted ustensiles which I always have to ask and ask. Seriously wowowow. He made the whole experience way better as to be honest…my experience before was awful at the same place.
