The staff were super friendly and inviting. The pizza, salad and drinks were all delicious. Especially the white sangria. Highly recommend.Edit: Service has declined, our most recent experience was very negative. Waitress seemed angry we were there, the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke and was dimly lit, food was fine but the service made us stop going.

Tried to order a pizza on their website and it wouldn’t let me select/change the restaurant so I called to order the same thing.I was given a higher price before taxes, I explained the price on the site and got a condescending ‘the price is X honey when she broke down the items’ when I said their website was wrong and then got hung up on.Not worth a pizza for that stellar service when your company’s site had the wrong pricing.

I ordered a club sandwich through Uber eats. The bacon is so spicy hot, I can't consume it. I called Colonnade and they told me it wasn't spicy at all and a customer in the restaurant was eating one now with no complaints. They refused any sort of help or service and told me to call Uber eats.Not a happy customer.

Ordered a very expensive delivery and the pizza was completely raw in the middle along with the veg tasting off. Recieved the pizza around 730pm. The store was scheduled to close at 8pm. I tried calling to correct the issue from 730pm on but no one picked up the phone. The staff including the cooks were obviously more concerned on getting done and out. I'm sure that's why our pizza was rushed and not cooked. I called the next day and talked to the "manager" and she basically took no responsibility and told me it was not her problem. I have been a Colinade fan for many years but this location has let me down twice since moving to Nepean. Your best bets are the Metcalf and Barhaven location for the legit taste and quality that the OG Colonade was made famous for. Don't bother with the Merivale location.

Ordered through Uber eats, recieved odd lumpy uncooked pizza. When contacted, I was told to put it in the oven, or return it to the store (keep in mind this was delivery). I was then placed on hold (the counter) for 15 minutes, hung up on, and not answered again.I obviously got them on a bad night.

This experience was very disappointing, we ordered a pizza with extra topping and they were non existent when we pointed to the server the situation she started to argue with us. In addition this location needs a very good cleaning, I have never seen windows so dirty. We will make sure to go back to the location on Metcalfe St in the future.

These owners like making others look like liars. Well here as a past employee let me state this place is crawling with roaches. I have videos and photos. I’ve watched during training the husband drop sausages on the ground and still grind them up and use for toppings, I myself watched him cover a pizza with a roach in it with cheese. AGAIN I HAVE PHOTOS OF HOW GROSS THIS PLACE IS. There’s a reason they can’t keep staff there’s a reason why all have left before I arrived which one I work with now at my new job. The husband has serious anger issues on top of control issues. The wife made a big mistake putting her hands on me. I walked out of that place after 4 days. The amount of food they hoard in that is disgusting. Please comment and say I am lying because my next post will be of the videos and photos I have. Your place should be shut down.

This was not the Colonnade Pizza that I have had in the past (bank street location)We picked up a medium pizza and an order of zucchini sticks and it came to $55 dollars.The server sneezed on the food.The cheese was so under cooked it was still white and not browned in any way.The zucchini was $17 dollars and burnt. Picture to show the size of the container.Do yourself a favor and go to Merivale Pizza instead. It is very similar to how Colonnade used to be.Over priced and very underwhelmed.

Ordered on uber eats. I found a piece of bug legs ob my pizza. This was one of the worst experience I have had with an onlinle order. Please don’t go there. Instead go to even food basics they have better uncooked clean pizzas that you can theow into the oven and save 50$ !!!!
