I think they have a different cook now the food has changed a fair bit and not for the good. ie general tso chicken was very tough.
We only have this as a treat to ourselves and our guests. I guess those days are gone. We will go to Party Pizza instead.
it was our first time we ordered from here shanghai noodles and beef flat noodles with bean sauce really great taste fresh vegetables and food was warm and delicious....

Best Chinese food in Ottawa. Clean fresh ingredient food. Food is always consistent and properly cooked. Buddha Delight and egg rolls are my favs. High quality standard Chinese fare that everyone would like. I just wish they had better hours.

Super delicious meal! I ordered the Shrimp Chow Mein, as well as an egg roll and drink, all were super great! I'm happy I ended up moving walking distance from here! Also, the woman who took my order was very sweet and nice! ♡

Food was alright and very average. Note: they give very small portion of fried rice, not enough for two people to share. Imperial chicken and schezwan spicy beef was just okay. Service was quick and friendly.

I used to go here as a little girl and was driving by so grabbed some. I was back again tonight for the 2nd time in a week. So yummy and highly recommend :)

Used to love Craig Henry. We ordered every Friday for 10 years. But since the new year the quality of the food has gone so down hill. It honestly is really sad to see and would love the old cook back. Charging customers more for quality is better then cheaper.

This used to be my go to place for quality Chinese food. Now the food is so downhill as well as the service.
The food is bland and seem assembled like a Subway sandwich except the Subway sandwich has taste and edible. The food was essentially cornstarch glop gluing the assembled bits of meat together.
They screwed up the order, I specifically said no shrimp guess what was in the food, yup shrimp.
When I offered to have them correct the order they flat out refused. She denied they got the order wrong, I offered for her to come and see it or I could take photos and send it. She was not interested and hung up.
We ended up dumping the food in the garbage, I will wait to see if the rats also have discerning taste and refuse it as well.
I have now deleted Craig Henry Chinese from my contact list.

Best egg rolls in Ottawa! I just wish they would offer online orders....
Really bad. They messed up the order giving me different things than what was ordered and everything was subpar at best.
