This chip truck gives a very generous amount of the freshest and squeakiest cheese curds ever! On top of an equally generous portion of crispy fries! No complaints. Will come again.

This place has the best food. Omg. Been going since jps . I will say I would love a less spicy option for chili poutine. I loved the chili poutine back in the day now it’s sooo spicy I can’t do it! I die lol everything tho yum!

1. Fries: Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Crispy is important in a poutine, otherwise the gravy makes the fries soggy. Not too big. Not too small. Some places have jumbo fries, which I don't think works.
2. Cheese: It's tough to get this part wrong. But, believe it or not some places don't use real curd. But, even the curd is a step up because they give you a lot, and the...
