Be careful of their price‑gouging tactics. The online menu lists prices that are significantly lower than what you’re actually charged when you order for pickup. On top of that, the quality has declined while their prices have skyrocketed easily over 200% more for the same amount of food. It’s completely ridiculous and comes across as dishonest. Do yourself a favour and find another chicken spot that actually respects its customers.

This used to be one of the best restaurants in Ottawa, but over the years, the quality and service. And quantity of the food has declined rapidly. There is a bunch of kids working in the kitchen which makes total sense why everybody is writing the same thing and giving low reviews. To the owner of this restaurant time you step in and bring crispys name back up to where he used to be!!

Food is good but the portion got a lot smaller and price went up. Also I’m not so sure why it’s so hard just to get the receipt. Is there a manager that I can report this to?
LOW FOOD QUALITY!!!! Crispy’s has been one of my favorite restaurants for years, however this last visit was not good anymore :( the food quality was really poor. I asked for a beef poutine expecting what I ussually take but this time was a VERY VERY LOW ammount of meat and very less fries( as you will see in the photo how low ammount of beef I got :( ) and was not cheap at all!!! plus the flavor was not tasty at all anymore :/ I will definitelly keep going to crispy’s but to a different branch, because also the service was just whatever,,, when I came the person just told me “YES?” like not even good evening or “what can I get for you?” Just a YES? The guy that was there a bit ago was waaay waaay more friendly and welcoming. But is ok. Simply will go to the other branch even if is more far :(

Crispy’s Resto Grill is honestly one of the best spots I’ve tried. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and their sauces hit every time. The portions are generous, and the prices are fair for the quality you get.
The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome the second you walk in. The place is clean, fast, and you can tell they care about their customers.
