Great place to take family or friends for dinner. Good thing we made a reservation in advance. Arrived at 6:00pm and by 6:45 was packed. Food was great, and I wish they had more cooks to handle the crowd. Highly recommend Cyranos. Bone appetite.

The atmosphere was lovely. The service was good and the waitstaff were generous with the wine.The food was found lacking though. A few people in my group felt ill the next day. Some of the dishes looked great but mine, not so much. Who puts carrots in a pasta primavera? I'm sorry to say it was lacking in flavor. Maybe it was just an off night but I hope they keep a close eye on the food quality.

While in Ottawa for the day, I met and had a beautiful dinner in the early evening with my niece on November 5th, at Cyranos, my 3rd time there; Paula was our very thoughtful and thorough server. (I have lactose and gluten intolerances.) As a starter, the “creamed” tomato soup, sans lactose, wow! Main for me was the grilled marinated lamb chops, rare and fabulous! I look forward to my next visit! Thank you Cyranos staff!
I've been to Cyrano's before and never disappointed, but this time found the quality of my meal not up to my previous experiences. Bland meat and underseasoned, undercooked vegetables made for a completely underwhelming meal and left me questioning whether I'll bother to return in future. The Calamari appetizer was excellent however and probably the best I've ever had anywhere.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta is available. Not many options for dairy free or vegetarian dining.

What a great place if you're looking for delicious and healthy Mediterranean cuisine. Very upscale, great food and decor in Bell's Corners. I was surprised to see it was not too busy at lunch time.
I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. A lunch special at $38. Small portion but prepared beautifully.
A quiet and elegant restaurant, great if you want to impress someone.
Very friendly, helpful server. I'd go back for sure.
