We will always love this family owned, beautiful Mediterranean style restaurant. We have been going there for over 20 years; the food is consistently good, and made with love and care. The staff are wonderful, it’s a favourite of ours.

Good restaurant, but nothing special. We were a group of 5, the waitress was spread thin, so it took a while to take our order. One of the dishes (fish) came to the table cold. It must have been ready before the others. I had lasagna, that sounded really good on the menu. "Oven roasted beef lasagna." Definitely didn't taste like any oven roasted beef I've ever had, and the sauce was bland. The wine was good and it wasn't overly expensive. It was clean and you can have a conversation without raising your voice or hearing the other tables. It's nice, but not at the top of my list!Parking: In the evening on a Saturday, all the businesses are closed, so there's lots of spots.

Cyranos is about service and ambiance. We have had some of the best restaurant service ever at Cyranos, though kitchen is sometimes slow. On our last visit, a meal took 1hr to arrive but we were comp'd a glass of wine, which suited us fine.The food is good, but not outstanding. IMO, flavors and preparation are excellent but food is under-spiced/salted - the crowd is a bit older, so the chef may be catering correctly to it ?.Overall, Cyranos is a great place to grab a classy date-night dinner in the west end of Ottawa.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate Gluten Free for pasta but not much else.

Great evening at Cyrano's. Very happy that our Bells Corners restaurant has improved on all front. We had the pasta special - papardelle, white sauce with big shrimps and it was delicious. Always enjoy that little gem in our community. Highly recommend.
Our experience at Cyranos Restaurant was exceptional!! Our server Norah was warm and friendly from beginning to end. I went with my 12-year-old son and couldn't have made a better choice. We have never had a more exceptionally cooked steak!!! This was a special occasion dinner, but I will be back for the warm customer service and the delicious food! Oh. The home made bread was terrific! Thank you

Loved our dinner here. Great, friendly service with an extensive mostly Greek and Italian menu. I had the lamb chops which were cooked rare to order. They were very tender and delicious which is "rare" in my experience.

Planned an evening dinner at a restaurant my wife wanted to go for her birthday. Made reservations early and requested a table in a somewhat quiet area where we would enjoy our meal and have light conversation. What we received was a booth next to a table of ten. Initially it was acceptable until the table of ten filled with four of the loudest women who were extremely rude with no respect for any other dinner quests. As for the food it was mediocre to say the best. The calamari was hard and tough and the veal Marsala was not much better. The veal was paper thin and covered in a thick sauce. The waitress was excellent and very friendly. However we will never waste our dinner evenings at this restaurant. They were only interested in seeing how many they could squeeze into the restaurant not about customer satisfaction.
