Only 2 others in front of us so we were served promptly. We ordered ice cream cones & they were exactly as ordered. The seating are a was clean.

I do uber eats deliveries. I went once to this place to pick up an order. Never going back.

Blizzards are thick, creamy, and packed with your favorite mix-ins like Oreo, cookie dough or new summer flavour for mashup. The texture is rich but smooth, and they’re served upside down as a fun touch. Plenty of flavors and seasonal options keep it exciting and the price is fair for the quality and portion.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. One of the staff members—an Indian man wearing a silver chain and Google-style glasses—was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, didn’t acknowledge his mistakes, and showed no sense of customer service. When I pointed out the issue, he refused to apologize and continued to behave arrogantly. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role.

The cashier did not greet us or smile when we approached the cash. She seemed to be staring off. In fact, she didn't say a single word and simply nodded at the debit machine once we were done placing the order. My partner said thank you to her after the cashier gave her her blizzard and got nothing back. Super disappointing that this is an acceptable level of customer service tolerated by DQ.

The staff are unmotivated grumpy and barely responsive. IThe fries were over salted and drink fountain was missing ice. I asked for ice twice and none of the staff bothered to respond.

I ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 chicken wraps for myself and another, and not only were the milkshakes delicious, but the lovely workers had given me a third chicken wrap for free! They left a cute happy new year note that made my day. I hope their kindness is repaid in full!!

Kitchen closed at least 30 minutes before closing. Wasted my time driving to this location when I could’ve spend that time going to another.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I will no longer come here. You need to hire kinder people who genuinely care for and respect others.

It’s nice. But we don’t go there often.

I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket with a poutine. I got a 3 peice and the fries on the poutine were not cooked at all. Uber was of no help. Be cautious of this location because it is not the first time it has happened. I should have learned my lesson the last time that this establishment has cheated me.

Sloppy quality control and recklessness. I will never order or visit this location again. The management and ownership should be embarrassed.

Placed an order for a custom cake, paid for it, then on the day of the pickup, they couldn't find the order or the cake. The team scrambled and threw together a random cake for us, without any of the decorations we requested and frosting that was all melted after a 3 minute drive home. No idea how this happened but very disappointed.
