Redeemed by points for a dilly bar and worker refused to provide me the receipt and said they need it. Please train the employee. First time I was refused a receipt.

Amazing & highly acceptable in terms of quality & varieties of food & icecream, the restaurant offers the same in an ambience of cleanliness, sanitization & friendliness of staff while leading customers in merry-go-round state & getting them rejuvenated in a beautiful rendezvous.

Employee flipped blizzard before serving. Half of ice cream fell out. Employee asked if ice cream still wanted in the now half empty blizzard. Answer obviously no. Employee goes to “remake it” but just blends up the half that’s still in ruined blizzard. Did not enjoy half-blizzard with no toppings because they were dropped on the counter.

I love dairy queen, however, whenever we place an order via Uber eats, something is missing, and/or messed up. I put in the notes that my friend has an allergy to cheese, and to not put cheese on the burger. The food has just arrived and the burger has cheese, and the 7up that we ordered was missing. I really hope they start preparing the orders properly, because the food I do receive is enjoyable.

Called the other week to have a cake made for my daughter's birthday. Talked with a great woman on the phone, she pretty much invasion what was in my head for her cake.

I'm pretty sure her name was Jam? I hope. But the cake was absolutely beautiful. Also probably the freshest ice cream cake we have gotten. The ice-cream was soft, not that werid old type. (For the last 7 years shes only wanted ice-cream cakes from DQ)

To say the least I am more then happy with this cake.

They are always messing up delivery app orders. The staff is not following recipes and are cutting corners;barely mixed blizzards and incorrectly made items.

Staffs are not wearing gloves. Touching the ice cream bowls and everything else with bare hand after touching their dress and body and after moving garbage bags. After moving garbage, please wash your hands before proceeding with food prepration.

Place needs to be kept cleaner.

I do uber eats deliveries. I went once to this place to pick up an order. Never going back.
Waiting time is ridiculously long

The gave me the wrong order which ended up causing me a few days suspension on the Uber platform.
