Absolutely disgusting. The disrespect put into this 12.00$ burger is just repulsive. Charge me 0.50 cents to add this slimy torn up single piece of lettuce. Not to mention adding sauce to the side of the burger.There were only 2 other customers in store. No need for a rush in kitchen.

For peak hours during the weekend - on the nicest, warmest day of spring so far - I was surprised to see only two staff members prepping blizzards, sundaes, and shakes (etc.). I’ve worked at a DQ in the past - I expected it to be busy from the amount of customers, not the lack of adequate staff. Moreover, they weren’t even preparing tickets in order received - customers who ordered similar items AFTER we did received theirs first, as blizzard prep cups were just lumped together on the counter and they just took whichever ones they grabbed first.It took thirty minutes in-store to get my order of 2 blizzards, which weren’t even given lids for take-out. And because they over-filled the containers, the lids I took myself from the fountain drink section barely fit, and the blizzards proceeded to melt and leak all over myself and my vehicle.Atrocious customer service. Learn to properly staff your store for peak hours during expected busy times. I can’t fathom what this will be like come summertime.

I came in during the night around 10pm and I could tell that the cooks and cashiers were all tired and worn out. But nonetheless, they kept weak smiles on their faces and gave me and the others excellent service.

Although typically busy with a huge line, who can say no to dessert? I would not recommend the chicken fingers as they are tasty , but are extremely small. 5 stars!

A bit of odd experience. On Saturday the 17th I walk in and no one helps me at the counter. There seems to be 4 people behind the counter ignoring me. I feel unwanted…. Finally someone from the kitchen I think his name tag said Hussein. Came up and assisted taking my order. Through the darkness came a flash of light. I felt saved.

The crispy chicken in the wrap was so dry. My daughter did enjoy it. But the fries were nice and hot. I do not recommend anything unless it's fresh. ?

absolutely terrible one of the 18 people working in the front was trashy as hell covered in hickeys and refused to take my order in front of me because she was talking to her friend. the wait took 30 min just for them to tell us thier ice cream mashine wasn’t working. they were swearing and talking about thier personal life and gossiping absolutely disgusting will never be coming back there againand the owners just copy and paste the same response to every complaint not doing anything about it honestly very sad

Not one person acknowledged us, myself and a couple behind me waited 15 minutes while the staff talked, gossiped and just walked back and forth laughing. Finally one staff member asked someone to take orders and their replies “I cannnnt”. We finally walked out. Up until now the other couple that was behind us are still there, yet to be served. Guess socializing is wayyyyy more important than customer service.

honestly idk why branches do that to themselves.. Hire kids that don't want to work.. Stood in line and waited 20 minutes and still didn't have service...I think she was the manager who came out and asked to take orders... These 5 girls to my surprised stopped talking turned around and said nope we can't.. Then went back talking to each other... So we walked out... I used to live that dq but clearly whoever hires the workers are either friends or they just hope they have a good crew. I've said before and always will say it.... Snowflakes are not born, they are made... I'll just leave it at that
