The pastries and drinks are very tasty and there are lots of options to choose from! It gets quite crowded and has very long wait times on the weekend though.

They made both my friend’s and my drink extremely sweet, so we politely asked if they could remake them with less sugar. The barista told us that’s how they always make their drinks and refused to remake them. I explained that I order the same drink regularly, but it was unusually sweet this time. He still refused to remake it and said the only option was to add more milk or ice, which we declined because we didn’t want it to become watery or diluted, we simply wanted less sugar.
We went back and forth with him for about 10 minutes, and he continued to refuse to remake the drinks. When we asked for a refund, he said no. We explained we wouldn’t be drinking the drinks because they were “literally diabetes,” and only then did he finally agree to give us a refund.
I’ve never experienced an establishment that outright refuses to remake a drink when a customer is unhappy, especially over something as simple as adjusting the sweetness. It was a disappointing experience.

High quality desserts, not too sweet. Always busy day or night. Hard to find seat if want to dine. Plenty of free parking. No problems from a peanut allergy child.
