Service was unacceptable. Our server, Kailey, repeatedly forgot basic requests such as napkins, water, coffee re-fill, and a to-go box. We were ignored long enough that I had to leave my table to ask again. This shows a lack of professionalism and awareness that you don't expect when dining out. We felt neglected throughout the meal, and it completely ruined the experience.

We visited on New Year’s Eve. According to the web, they were open until 3 but they actually closed at 1. We arrived at around 12:45, but they still accommodated us and served us nice food. Service was great and food was the usual, amazing Denny’s quality. Thank you for sorting us, so close to the closing time. Will visit again!

Did a take out order, Victoria the hostess was bright, welcoming and very polite. I ordered the Moons over my Hammy which was amazing. The oreo milk shake was nice and cold and thick. Definitely coming back.

Thank the Diner Gods we have access to Denny's in Ottawa. When you just want a bit of slightly indulgent comfort you can't go wrong. Always something new and exciting on the menu and everyone is usually quite polite and friendly.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Katie, our server, and the manager during our recent visit. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My servers name was Katie. I was having a rough day and she was extremely kind to me. Portion wise they are large and the food is well cooked. The manager was friendly and made us feel very welcome 10 out of 10 experience! Will be back for sure. :)

Excellent service. Fast and friendly. Very good pot roast dinner and turkey dinner. Also went for breakfast. Exceptional! Prices are excellent.
Ther service was good. The food wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst. The biggest disappointment was the apple crisps dessert.

Denny's is a great place for a quick lunch or longer meal. They never rush you out the door and you can usually stay as long as you like. I have seen groups of people come here and play cards while enjoying a coffee. It's too bad they aren't open 24 hours anymore, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The food here has always been great, you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Staff here are always super friendly. I recommend this place any day for pretty much any occasion.

I ordered a Waffle Berries and the 2 waffles are bought from Costco same exactly what I get when I shop at Costco, you can also get them in Metro, it’s called Belgian Waffles it has pieces of whole sugar in it. Berries are thawed previously frozen.

We came 40 min before closing and they said that the kitchen was already closed. They said normally they close it 15 min before but for some reason they close it 40 min, which is unacceptable for customer and business operation.
