First time here, feels like trying it out.I like the design and the atmosphere of this place, but when I approach the counter ask what is suggested from the store, not sure if the music is too loud or the cashier is too quiet, I had a hard time trying to hear what he says. I started asking for what the portion size of everything and decided on the poutine seen on picture. The poutine cheese is cold upon receiving, texture is pretty bad. Fries are very thin and portion is questionable. Flavour is there, but if I pay 16.95 (tax included)for this, why should I choose the shawarma 50m away giving more meat and warm serving, bigger portions and lower price? Makes me question my decision.

Beef sandwiches, mac & cheese, and potatoes are great - assuming you don't get a massive potato that is undercooked in the middle which only happened to us one time. However, EVERY TIME we order, they are missing something on our order. Every. Time.A side of mac is *tiny* just fyi, which is sad because it's soo good.I think it's a chain because online you can see that they sell pork but they don't at this location.

The advertising is really good and looks tasty but what is served does not look the same. Chicken is excellent brisket is ok but really fat. Mac and cheese is exactly like buying a Kraft dinner cup.

The sandwiches are good and priced accordingly. The price of the sides is ridiculous. It is $5 for about three bites if mashed potatoes. Won't be ordering sides again.Kid-friendliness: Food is kid friendly in terms of variety. We haven't explored the kids meals.

Beef brisket was ok. Beef brisket ends not as much. Sides were alright. I'm very disappointed at the fact that the quantity was so small for a meal that is $29 considering other restaurants would give way more.
