Dumpling? Dumpling! - Centrepointe Dr.

Been many times and had great food. Unfortunately, we ordered from Uber Eats and the order took a very long time to get here. Once here, the dumplings were inedible. One set was burnt to a crisp. The other set of dumplings were completely dry to the point the pastry was cracked. I cannot imagine that the cook didn’t know they were putting bad food out the door. I guess they didn’t care because it’s uber. Really disappointed with them.

Miss the freshly made dumplings so much! Haven’t found one equivalent after moved to the Bay Area, most restaurants used frozen ones. And the dill filling is rare to find in other places. Wish them prosperous business.

It was just great for my first time, the server was super kind and accommodating, she recommended the pan fried dumplings and I was not disappointed.

Soooo good!! This is a go to place.
Pork and cabbage dumplings, sesame balls are my recommendations.

I am not saying it's an out of the world experience or some crazy menu, BUT I believe this place was impressive. The food was delicious, we had fried beef and curry onion, chicken and coriander and pork dumplings. They all had fresh taste and very satisfying. Something about the place, food and service was very calming. Very clean place and nice atmosphere. S

I ordered two soups (via UberEats): the hot and sour and the chicken corn soup. Both were overly gelatinous. While it's normal for hot and sour soup to have some thickness, this was excessive and affected the taste of both soups. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, hoping it was just an off day.

We had a very good meal at dumpling? Dumpling! We ordered a meat and vegetarian option steamed and found both to be flavourful and filling. The calamari was not as amazing, but it wasn’t bad. My partner ordered a sweet tea with jelly that was rave-worthy. Our server was very charming and the food came out fairly quickly. There’s an open area of the kitchen separated from the dining room by glass where you can see the dumplings being prepared and placed on wooden trays, which was cool to watch. We will be returning!

Had another dumpling craving and ended up finding my new go to dumpling spot in Ottawa. The staff was very kind despite us arriving just before final call. It was lovely watching our dumplings being hand rolled behind us and it was even lovelier eating them. Some reviews say that the music playing in the background is weird, but I think it enhanced the dining experience. These dumplings made me very happy. Will be coming back for seconds.
