Amelia was absolutely wonderful! Really enjoyed our time at this place, it was super clean, the food was great as well!! I would recommend this location to anyone if you want good service and a delicious meal!

Best service at this location compared to other east Mario’s or any other restaurant had a slight issue with my meal but the owner /general manager was very fast to deal with it and offer a solution and top it off he took it off my bill definitely will come back

Nice rooftop eating area, great staff service, and good food for the price you pay. Definitely a must-visit if you have a family or kids and want a good place for everyone to enjoy, also the free all you can eat garlic loaves are amazing!!!

Listen up Roy!! I never knew i could have such a positive dining experience. Our server, Des, was so kind and and helpful. Des has served us a few times at this restaurant and every single time the cheese is plentiful and the salads are unending. We truly felt the spirit of Mario himself. Thank you so much.

Worst experience, we got there at 9 pm it wasn't busy, it took our server 20 minutes to bring us the drinks that we ordered. It too the kitchen 1 hour to make our food. Very disappointed I will not come back.

My wife and I recently visited East Side Mario's. She ordered something from their new menu while I went with the shrimp Alfredo. I've had hit-or-miss experiences here in the past, and unfortunately, this was another miss.
Although the restaurant wasn’t busy, the food still took quite a while to arrive — maybe they’re focusing more on takeout and delivery like Uber Eats, who knows. When the food finally came, my shrimp were overcooked to the point of being inedible, and my wife's meal was dry.
Ordered pasta for my family and I this evening and was extremely disappointed!! The noodles had NO sauce and were very dry. The soup tasted watery and sour. This used to be such a great restaurant but it’s clearly gone downhill. The food was so bad I lost my appetite. Yuck!

I went with a friend around 2:30 pm. The restaurant was not busy indoors. The person who seated us said the waiter will be there shortly. After we looked at the menu and chose what we want 20 minutes later and no waiter showed up at our table to even ask us what we would like to drink or offer water. We ended up getting up and leaving as this was very unprofessional and poor service.
