Listen up Roy!! I never knew i could have such a positive dining experience. Our server, Des, was so kind and and helpful. Des has served us a few times at this restaurant and every single time the cheese is plentiful and the salads are unending. We truly felt the spirit of Mario himself. Thank you so much.

Worst experience, we got there at 9 pm it wasn't busy, it took our server 20 minutes to bring us the drinks that we ordered. It too the kitchen 1 hour to make our food. Very disappointed I will not come back.

My wife and I recently visited East Side Mario's. She ordered something from their new menu while I went with the shrimp Alfredo. I've had hit-or-miss experiences here in the past, and unfortunately, this was another miss.
Although the restaurant wasn’t busy, the food still took quite a while to arrive — maybe they’re focusing more on takeout and delivery like Uber Eats, who knows. When the food finally came, my shrimp were overcooked to the point of being inedible, and my wife's meal was dry.

Ordered pasta for my family and I this evening and was extremely disappointed!! The noodles had NO sauce and were very dry. The soup tasted watery and sour. This used to be such a great restaurant but it’s clearly gone downhill. The food was so bad I lost my appetite. Yuck!

I went with a friend around 2:30 pm. The restaurant was not busy indoors. The person who seated us said the waiter will be there shortly. After we looked at the menu and chose what we want 20 minutes later and no waiter showed up at our table to even ask us what we would like to drink or offer water. We ended up getting up and leaving as this was very unprofessional and poor service.

I found it a little expensive for a lunch portion. I only got 1 bread roll when we sat down and none with our food. It would have been nice to soak up some sauce.
We went here as a family today for dinner. Our server Mike was amazing. He was super friendly, and overall a good server. The food is always good. I just found the bread wasn't hot enough, however it was good.
Parking: Lot's of options to park your car.
Kid-friendliness: They're very good with kids, and the menu goes from 10 and under.

We came with our 3 kids on a busy Saturday night and I have to say, we come here a few times a year and the service we received was the best we've ever had. With it being busy, the food took longer than usual which can be hard with 3 young kids. But our server, Des, was kind and attentive! She kept bringing us bread and salad knowing the wait would be long and this kept our hungry kids happy. She made us feel very taken care of and it's something we definitely appreciate. We definitely will be back soon!
Kid-friendliness: Great spot for young kids! Kids also eat free on Sundays and for $2 on Tuesday with purchase of an adult meal (each).

25-01-30 Went there for their dinner specials with a drink for 2 people which is more than sufficient as it covers a 3 course meal. But you also have to order any beverage of choice. A must place to visit.
