Do not go to this place on Wednesday for the small burrito discount. The Carling location always gives a good amount of meat, but this barrhaven location gives you a few small pieces of meat in their burrito to save on cost.. Every time I order the small burrito deal I feel like I am eating a small veggie burrito... not impressed .. other than the meat shortage their food is really good.

Portions are extremely small, only give you four little scoops of guacamole . The interior with one table is almost as small as the portions, but of course, the portions are smaller! Can’t have fat in your name if you don’t give fat portions. Good food, too little. They’re smarter than other burrito shops by making you pay first so you can’t do anything about small portions.

The pulled pork was flavorless, and it looked like flaked tuna instead. Portions are not a big deal, it was ordered through doordash and arrive cold, not enjoyable.

TLDRThis place used to slap and now they suck. Smaller portions, rude employees.I used to be a regular here then they suddenly upped the prices and gave less food. Every time I order a burrito bowl online it is full of lettuce and now much of anything else. When I asked for more rice in store I was given half of a spoon and when I asked for another I was given a rude look. I have watched staff pickup portions of toppings and put it back to pick smaller portions. Very disappointing!

i come here every day for lunch as i work in the same plaza. great food at a decent price point considering other burrito/bowl places nearby. crispy chicken is always hot and crisp with the perfect amount of thai chili, chipotle sauce etc. one area i think the store could benefit from is by adding a mexican dessert section to pair with my burrito for dinner/lunch (churros, cinnamon cookies etc.). all in all a great place to get a burrito in ottawa!
