Very bad experience,I drove 25 mins and yet the location was closed, even when I checked on Google before driving down it showed open and owners failed update on Google that the location itself is was closed down.
For my absolute favourite pizza place, business hours need to be honoured. You can’t close the place daily out of the blue. This is how you loose clients. So sad.
This is the second time we’ve ordered online and had our meal cancelled 15min prior to the eta.

I've order five separate times, or attempted to, and had my order cancelled because they were "busy", but as I arrived at the store could clearly see that they weren't. I guess the owner doesn't like to make money because his staff keep cancelling orders.

I was a regular at this shop, use to love the concept and the fact that you could watch them make your pizza, Ingredients were higher end and very tasty. Went last week and I was very disappointed they now require you to order at the cash, no watching your pizza being made, they had no pop, they are stopping on tap local beers. When I receive the pizza (margarita) the sauce had changed it was bland and non tasty, the Fior di latte cheese was like water, either really cheep or not at all a mozzarella, overcooked and had to eat the pizza with wood cutlery. It cost a fortune, this was unfortunately the last time I was going there. It use to remind me of Italiy and now it felt like any other Canadian pizzeria but way overpriced.

The food is good, but not "fast fired" as advertised

2 pizzas, 2 drinks and a salad for almost $60. Not as good as it used to be. Pizza was not good, almost no cheese on them and the crust isn’t as good as before, it was very dry. The caesar salad dressing was bland and the base is all romaine instead of kale. It was very expensive for what we got. The restaurant is under new ownership as of a few weeks ago according to the staff so let’s hope they can improve over the next few months.

6.1 on the Portnoy scale. I was craving this style of pizza and it was nice, light, crispy, and chewy. Sauce was a bit plain. Cheese was ok. I'd get it again, maybe.

Overpriced, they raised their pizza prices a few months back by 20-30%. $18-21 for a pizza that can be consumed by one person seems extreme. Won’t be going back.

I’ve ordered a few times via UberEats and was really impressed so I thought I would come in person to see the service. Friendly staff and good acoustic music playlist. Pizza was perfectly cooked, very fresh and flavourful. This is the Margherita pizza with garlic aioli for reference. Highly recommend!

Closed restaurant at their convenience. We reached at 7:45 on cold Friday night and they didn’t allow dine in. The timing on website suggested 9pm closing time. Poor business ethics.

This place used to be good but I went a couple weeks ago and the pizza no longer tastes/looks the way it used to and the prices have gone up.
Why have an online ordering system when I still have to show to the restaurant and tell them that I ordered online and wait the same amount of time.
