Normally very high quality subs, but something in my sub today was way off. Either the lettuce or one of the meats is my guess. One bite and I could instantly tell. Couldn't even get the one bite down, induced a gag reflex from whatever had gone bad. The pickle spears were soft and soggy too. The soup at least was good.

Refused to serve me 10 minutes before they close. At least 2 staff working but couldn’t be bothered to help even when they had plenty of time to make one during their time on shift.

Had a national promotion today: "$6.99 Pepperoni Pizza MeatballOffer ends January 22, 2024." - went to place a bunch of orders, but was told online or app only. So got the app as the service guy mentioned "the order must come through the app, won't adjust price for you in store". App shows double the price for the medium, and triple for the large sized. Talk to the guy again: "yeah, our website isn't very reliable, cant help you". Waste of time.
Staff is very friendly and the food quality was 10/10!! Highly recommend :)

We had heard about this establishment from my sister. She couldn't say enough about it and all to the positive. As life would have it, we found ourselves in the area of the Barrhaven location. We went and were very impressed by the food, which was amazing the service which was friendly and knowledgeable and the overall atmosphere.
