Really rude lady there …behaves like the queen ..happens to be the waiter

I was there yesterday and being it that am black those guys refused to take my order or even worse didn’t attend to us when we’re trying to order for something there RACISTS, very bad waitresses and people in there

Our party of 15 came to celebrate a milestone at Fitz's. There is nothing but praise for the quality and quantity of our meals. Ribs, Brisket, Potato Skins, Mac n Cheese, Philly Sandwich, Buffalo and Fajita wraps, French onion soup, Salad, Cheeseburgers. Fitz's is a place where you can make connections with people. It's quickly become a favourite place for so many. Thank you for your hospitality.

Waited over 1.5 hours for breakfast service when there wasn't nearly anyone in the restaurant.

Fabulous waitresses

Fantastic food, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Went twice in a week, had mac and cheese and Philly steak and both were excellent. Looking forward to my next visit.

Sauce was almost flavourless

I had the brisket and ribs, with cornbread side. There were no survivors, as much as I would've liked some leftovers for later. This place came highly recommended, and it didn't disappoint.
If I had to offer constructive criticism, I'd love to see a diet drink option that wasn't diet coke, and I hate getting the little wrapped pats of butter when they're rock-hard.

Good breakfast! Standard fare... freshly cooked sausage and eggs, with home fries and toast. There was a group at the bar that were quite loud (but not the restaurants fault)! I ordered scrambled eggs but received over easy ... no biggie

We came in for dinner last night (Saturday) and were not disappointed. The Brisket was delicious, the Ribs were cooked perfectly and our server was very pleasant. This was our second visit here and won't be our last!

Ordered take out 2 hours before we required it. Waited over half an hour when we arrived to pick it up. Ordered a Big Smoke. Ribs were undercooked and tasted awful and were from a poor cut. Brisket was too fatty. Sides were fine, but portions too small for a large order for a group. Obviously the place was understaffed as the servers were running around and tending the bar. The tables in front of me while I waited for 30 minutes were served drinks and had their orders taken, but there was no sign of food for them either. I wouldn't be surprised to see this place closed in the near future.

I ordered from Fritz's hoping that this spot would have some solid BBQ but unfortunately it was not good to ok. The pulled pork and brisket were dry, the brisket even had grill marks which tells you how fresh it is. The sausage was ok but for the money I could have just bought one from farm boy and grilled it myself, it had almost no smoke flavour. And as a final insult they forgot my corn bread which I'm actually happy about now because I might get a refund from Skip. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but their google review score does not reflect the food I received. No value for the money.

Fitzroy and DeeDee have created something very special here in Nepean. Best breakfasts in the city served by the friendliest staff you could imagine. And if you like meat, Fitz’s is the place to go. And if you’re tired of cooking Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner, Fitz’s offers delicious take away meals for your family. Simply the best!

We ordered the Texan platter from uber eats. The meal came 30min early which at first we thought was just good service but was more likely due to our food being premade. Everything was cold. Ribs were so tough they were inedible. Beans were practically frozen and had no taste. Pulled pork and chicken were okay but again they were cold and tough. The best part was the rice and coleslaw which tasted like it came from a school cafeteria. For $100 this is definitely not even close to worth it. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.
