Been going here for years. I can confidently say this is my favourite go-to burger joint in the area! The staff is super friendly and kind. Parker does an amazing job managing the place and workers like Ryad and Moodie/Moe and many others really make the atmosphere welcoming. Food is always delicious and the staff are always kind and friendly, what more can I ask for?

Corporate policy makes the POS scanner take you through a Tip option, which is a bit inconvenient. Employees were super sweet & courteous. Bought LIL burgers and poutine, the bun was too sweet to my liking and the beef patty was bland. The in-house recommended toppings were nice.

Their payment system requires you to answer tip questions, before you get your food or any lack of service and make you feel the messedup order, is due to your choice of no tip. And it was the worst 5 guys meal I have ever eaten in 10 years
