I've never ever been unhappy with the service or product... Everything is amazing and I always get an extra treat for my kids.. Brownie, butter tarts and today I got myself pasta salad which is incredible. Highly recommend you come here. You will not be disappointed.

Why go to Tim's when you can have fresh eggs cooked for you as you like? Here, you are welcomed as a regular as you walk through the door. They have two tables to eat outside. No, this is not a cotton napkin eatery but good food made by a great chef who thanks people for coming by their name. Why come? Cause it's good.
To say that I drive 30 minutes each way to and from home just to get one of Frankie's sandwiches just doesn't do it justice - even when I'm not in the area. I've been going to Frankie's for many many years. From my days working road construction in the city and stopping by for a delicious chicken parm sandwich to working and living in the East end and making it a must to stop in if I am anywhere near the area on a week day for any of the other amazing sandwiches on the menu.
Frankie has always been a true gentleman, respectful to all that ever walked into his shop and deserves nothing but the best in his retirement coming up. Huge shout out to the ladies behind the counter as without them as well this place wouldn't be what it is. Even if you show up and there is a long line up, don't leave - I promise it's worth the wait!
The many times I asked Frakie to open a shop in Orléans - but what can you do! Nothing but praise for this deli shop and cheers to many years to come!

I pledge allegiance to Frankie’s Deli. Literally will not buy a sandwich from anywhere else. This has been a life altering experience. The ingredients are so fresh and flavourful. Customer service is the best around.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is all incredible. Place is busy, but the owner seems to know everybody he’s serving by name and order, so obviously people are coming back for the food and the friendly face. Honestly, I love this place, people who want to know what customer service should look like should take notes from this spot.
