Been to 2 of the 3 Frank's locations and they're all consistently great with food and service! A lot of different options for sandwiches, desserts, and even take-home dinners and pies :)

Sorry, I ate everything before posting my review so I can't share a picture. BUT I got the brave heart sandwich with tarts. It was a generous portion and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

I have decided to become a popstar reviewer, to the joy of my 3 1/2 fans (don't forget the toddler). And since I lived nearby, I thought I should kick it off with Frank's Catering.Of course, popstar reviewers only ever give 1-star, because only harshly critical reviews ever get read. 5-star ones are the same yadda yadda "nice place, good service, recommended". Whereas 1-star reviews are elaborated, thorough and pinch the eyes of the reader so that they never consider coming to that business. It just so happens that I picked the worst possible place to start. Everything at Frank's is good!! Food is excellent and prices are very reasonable -- their sandwiches have the best slice-of-meat to dollar ratio I ever saw. I've decided to try everything: pies, tarts, lasagna, cream of broccoli (and cream of broccoli is almost a practical joke!), chocolate croissant, lemon bar, jam, chili, cannoli, coffee, quiches... Not one failed at being delicious. Then one day I tried their Baked Beans. It was clear to me food quality was not something I could trash. So I thought maybe service will be bad! My mistake! Their 3 full-time employees are the nicest ladies in the business. I thought maybe weekend staff will be a bunch of disgruntled teenagers who hate their jobs. But no: they are young lads alright, but also super nice and professional. My last resource was to call ahead one day and "book" a pair of chocolate croissants, just to have them fail at it. But no: the lady told me "don't worry, we'll bake another two and save them for you."The blow of mercy came when I said "you close to early" and that very day they were starting a new schedule operating for one hour longer! Therefore, to the disappointment of my 3 1/2 fans (don't forget the toddler), I am obligated to give them 5 stars. And there goes my promising career.

called and emailed to place a catering order... no response and when I called back to confirm the order I was told "we don't do that kind of catering" it was soup.. and sandwiches... I received no call back and no email reply... very VERY unprofessional.

Great customer service! Purchased a Franks pumpkin pie at a kiosk at the Cumberland Fall market back in September. Not sure why but when the pie thawed it had a dark brown color. Did not look appetizing so took a picture and spoke with the staff at Franks. No problem! They more than compensated me with a steak and mushroom pie, lemon square and tart. A value exceeding my purchase by 10 dollars. They also would have gladly refunded me the cost of the pumpkin pie. They were interested in making me happy! I was, I am. They went above and beyond!

Bought some butter tarts and a frozen turkey pot pie at a market recently. The butter tarts were excellent, definitely their specialty. The pot pie was quite good, especially the crust. The turkey mix was good but had frozen veggies and was a bit too salty for me. The crust was a bit too thick so was raw in spots. But overall I would buy again!
You won't regret it!Delicious, amazing, fresh sandwich. You're just gonna have a hard time deciding which sandwich you want cause they all look delicious on the menu.Ohh and don't forget the famous butter tarts.

Amazing food! Sandwiches are massive portions of meat. Hit it out of the park, stumbled upon this place by coincidence. Thankful we did.
