Best pizza I've had so far in Ottawa! Bread is soft and delicious, sauce isn't overpowering, and there was a good amount of cheese. The service was great! Let me know deals right away and got me their best price. The store is a bit cramped, but the location is great with ample parking.

Amazing service and great pizza. Tried the new XXL pizza, ordered online to pick up. I didn’t think it would be done yet, and when I went in the taller gentleman greeted me right away and checked on my pizza. It was just getting boxed up and ready to go. He was super friendly, great service, and the pizza was SO GOOD. Will definitely be back!

Amazing, very accommodating. We placed an order for a large group of people and Romeo was able to get them ready for us by the time we needed. The pizza it self was hot, fresh, tasted great. Everyone ate all the pizza and really enjoyed it. Next time we are in town we will for sure be ordering our team pizza dinner from here again. Thanks so much Gabriel Pizza team.

Bad food and super unprofessional staff.
I got food poisoning from their boneless chicken wings. I called support, they told me they are unable to assist, and that I need to go into the store so they can help.
After going to the store, and speaking with the manager, explaining the situation. He said “Ok?” And then said it could be something else I ate. I informed him that I ate nothing else that day. He then proceeded to say I have no proof it was the chicken. And refused to give a refund.
He then told his cook to come over and deal with me. Super unprofessional manager. And super unimpressed with the whole situation.

Have pre-ordered pizza a few times for the office. Interacted with the owner this last time and he was very friendly, even offering the direct phone number to the store in case I needed to modify my advance order.
Pizza has always been hot and fresh and sells out when brought into the office. Gabe’s is known for quality!

I have tried pizza from almost everywhere in Ottawa. The gentleman at the counter was so warm and friendly, and I have a feeling he is the Owner. He was the highlight of my experience at 7:55 pm. I ordered the walk-in special, one large pizza with one topping, for $17.50. With the tax and $2.00 tip it was $21.73. The pepperoni pizza was extremely disappointing. I felt there was no value in paying two and a half + dollars per slice. It was essentially an undisclosed thin crust, with minimal pepperoni, an average of 3 pepperonis per slice, and an extremely small amount of cheese. The cheese was barley enough to cover the pizza. I hope this is not the franchise standard; the 'walk-in special' is actually half of the ingredients of a proper pizza, and it was just not tasty. A frozen Dellissio pizza from Walmart is much more tasty, I am going back to Lorenzo's or Milano Pizza instead.
