really horrible customer service my son and I came to order a meal and the owner refused to let him eat his food since it’s food from a different store which i totally get but then he yelled at him? instead of telling him politely mind you we’re spending a lot of money at this restaurant I just don’t get why they need to show this type of aggression towards customers who have no idea about these rules
Asked a simple question.give a little less salad a a little rice which is slightly less expensive for them. They said no and even though i was the only one in the restaurant. Also taste wise greek to go and Jimmy they are better tasting.
Our table was dirty, so I asked for a cloth to clean it. Instead of cleaning it herself, the employee handed me the cloth and let me do it. Additionally, the service was very slow—other customers who ordered about 10 minutes after us received their food before we did.
Very disappointed. Restaurant to eat there but no access to washrooms or any water to wash your hands. Should only be a pick up place then. Food was fad and not fresh. Will never come back.
Order the lamb pita , it’s my go-to
I'm sad because they used to be the A team. I used to order and get beef skewers which they brought down to 1 for the same price which is not nearly enough meat compared to the other stuff. They used to pay more attention to special instructions too. I'd ask for extra lemon slices and olives in my food because I take away the cheese from it and they used to actually care enough to do it. But last few orders have been just like every single other greek food place which disappoints me because I used to recommend this place to everyone.
Was expecting authentic Mediterranean flavors, but this was beyond disappointing. The chicken tasted boiled. Absolutely not worth the price. Would not recommend!
We wanted Greek food. Instead we got fries IN our pita sandwiches, curried rice, and curried potatoes. This used to be a good Greek fast food haunt. I don't know what to call it now, some sort of fusion food, I suppose. But next time we want to go 4 Greek, it'll be elsewhere.
Always awesome food. I have been ordering from there for years.
Food wasnt bad. We ordered a family platter and it was more expensive then other locations, considering the portions were not great. Though I found the Naan bread quite tasty. The cook and the lady at the front desk were not friendly and gave me attuide when I asked simple questions. Food wasnt bad, but the customer service and the way they treated me made me feel quiet unwelecomed considering the amount of money I was spending on the family platter.

I ordered same food that I order when I go to "Jimmy the Greek", the food was Okay, but didn't enjoy it to be honest.
There was one skewer of chicken Souvlaki in my plate, which wasn't sufficient for the remaining rice I had!

We just love the Mixed Grill family meal - souvlaki is tender and juicy and for sure, they have the best tzatziki in town.
When we encountered a minor issue with our order, management made sure to address it right away.
We would order from here again (and again)!

Not good enough to go back for. $27 for a chicken wrap, side salad and potato. Average at best and overpriced.

I regularly order food from here its always very good. I get the lamb souvlaki, the meat is well spiced, the potatoes are well done and the prices are reasonable. The sandwich pita's are good but I always feel they can use more tzatiki. I recommend ordering from here
