Respectable bubble tea
Apparently the manager or owner just refuses to stock the store. Been out of items for months now.
Went a few weeks ago and this location does not accept the Gong Cha gift card.
The environment is unsanitary, staff is rude, and portions are small.
Quick service, friendly staff, good drinks and clean environment! Loved 2J brown sugar Milk tea with milk foam, must try! Also it shares the space with Chung Chun, which has amazing Korean fried chicken! Would recommend visiting
I didn’t know you could make a drink taste like regrets, but you did it. Bravo
Worst bubble tea i ever had. The staff recommended my husband to try one of their apparent best sellers oreo cookie. It was the worst drink i ever tried. I has nothing to do with bubble tea and more of a milkshake with oreo crumbles in the bottom. It was so gross. We asked if we could exchange it but the staff said no.
If i want a sweet drink ill rather go to Starbucks, at least their customer service is much better and give you anitht drink if you don't like the one you got.
Wont be returning to any if their stores
I just love it...
bad customer service, bad manager
Washrooms are nasty. Staff needs to clean better!!!

Service was great. I'm happy they suggested 30% sugar. I could have gone 0%.
Not sure if I would try again because my tapioca was rock hard. It felt like refrigerated tapioca. It's so expensive for what it is so to serve hard tapioca is not cool. I think the staff needs to try their product before serving it. One bite and you know that ain't right.
Order was messed up, not enough crema as requested and added for extra fees, tastes like water sugar. Not ordering from there again.
Shares a spot with the rice dog place so nice to get the two together. It’s also nice to have bubble tea close to campus. It’s gone downhill since first opening though and inconsistent in quality. A previous time I went I had chocolate milk tea which I’m not sure if they didn’t clean the mixer properly or something or not mixing enough but there were grounds of something in it. This time with the strawberry milk tea it was fine and delicious. I wish they also had an easier to read menu as the font is tiny.
Also avoid the bathroom at all costs. It’s been an issue for at least a year but it smells like someone had explosive diarrhea and has started to smell in the main area now. I hope management fixes it soon along with the place being understaffed.
Vegetarian options: It’s bubble tea so there’s no meat on the menu. Although I’m not sure if the bubbles are made of animal gelatine.
Parking: Depending on the time of day, college square is either easy or difficult to find parking in

Service is alright, could be faster. Some employees appear like they do not want to be working. Ordered a coffee milk tea and unfortunately I tasted mostly creamer. Space is shared with Chung Chun so it is much larger than you would expect, but feels empty.
