1) The listed Google hours are inaccurate, or at least the restaurant wasn’t open today, Saturday, March 16 @ 14:002) Calls redirect to voicemail3) The website is not functionalThe doors were open, a few customers were dining inside, no sign indicated closure (e.g., for a special occasion), and the only person in the kitchen said they were closed. ?I see a couple of similar reviews from other patrons, which indicates a recurring problem. Hopefully the owners take notice and get their act together.

The place was in Chinatown area but was closed and I felt a bit sad since I was pretty happy with my visits before pandemic. Now it's back and the dishes are still as good as it used to be. I feel relaxed talking with the owner just like talking with an old friend although I only met him couple times. The dishes are of homestyle from northen and northeastern China. Authentic and reasonably priced.

This is the first time I have seen a restaurant like this in so many years of dining. It is open for business during normal business hours but does not accept dine-in. There is no prompt to drive past and enter the store. There is only one chef in the store who does not know whether he is the owner. There are no waiters, no cashier, and no one takes orders. The chef immediately chased people away and said that the reason for not accepting customers was because there were too many takeaways. All I can say is that the Ottawa market is too used to you. If you really don’t want to dine in, you can turn off the option on the map, but this feature is not missing. I also want to make money from dining out but don’t have the ability. I usually accept customers who come and turn them away if they don't. It’s really a great experience. I can’t even take it, so please don’t shiver if I invite two more people. I wish the boss a prosperous business and I hope every customer who comes can have a good meal?

Simply the greatest hidden gem in Ottawa if you’re visiting and staying nearby to the airport. The owner/chef is a wonderful and sincere gentleman who’s so proud of his amazing dishes. Every order and every dish is made to order, so do not expect a quick takeout but I assure you that the wait is definitely worth it! It helps if you are able to read the Chinese menu as the selection is wide and authentic. Otherwise, you could possibly tell the chef what you enjoy and he’ll probably be able to make suggestions. The cumin lamb, honey pork ribs, and especially the mayonnaise shrimp are to die for. The aubergine is also out of this would. I would probably skip the fried noodles though as it wasn’t what I was expecting.I would visit Ottawa just to dine here!

Quaint and cozy Chinese restaurant that has taken over Nate’s Deli. Both dishes we ordered were prepared fresh and delicious. Not sure if any relation to the old Harmony on Gladstone but signage looks similar.Pictured:地三鲜 (Di San Xian): potato, eggplant, peppers孜然羊肉 (Zi Ran Yang Rou): Cumin lamb

I selfishly do not want to leave a review for this amazing place so whenever I want to eat here they have a seat for me… OMG the best Chinese food I have had in a extremely long time, fresh and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it!There is only seating for 12 (at a squeeze) 3 tables of 4 so if it’s full do not be surprised.

I never have a chance to taste the food. They said they close at 9:00. First time, I called in advance around 7:30 and they said they do not take dine in any more. Ok fine, this time I came 6:30 and they told me they could not let people dine in anymore. Anyway, will not come back again. I don’t know why they open for business. LolSo now as owner said, they had fully booked at a Tuesday night. No one explained to me when I walked in. They just said they don’t take dining in anymore. I did ask it was only 6:30 and why. Guess what they said? “No, call us before next time. “Maybe just marked as reservation only for dining. Still not recommend at all if you want to come to eat a regular dining time at a regular day. They are always full booked. Good luck to anyone want to walk in and have food lol

Super delicious Chinese food. It is a small business that targets to mainly handle lunch boxes and take outs. However, if you get a chance to dine in, it is such a treat. Do call in to reserve a table. Mixed shredded dried tofu, bandit pork liver, black fish fillets, Maoxuewang, exotic cumin beef, all so yummy!
