Awful service. Consistantly takes too long to serve you, even through thr drive through. They constantly get orders wrong so they're not taking their time. You need to repeat yourself at the drive through since they hace trouble understanding or hearing.

These days when I go and make my order, the staff are really friendly and considerate! Moreso than like 5-10 years ago, they help label different burgers on the outside of the wrapping paper if you order different types and/or get different toppings on them, which helps a ton.

I just had some great service by a young guy at the front counter, to me and my young(and cranky) son, I think his name was Trent. So I was surprised while eating to hear his manager Mo(?) LOUDLY berating him and another employee, infront of others at the counter, seemingly for not putting food in the bag to his liking. It was completely unprofessional and likely why a guy in his 40s(I'm guessing) is managing a fast food place. Completely turned me off going to that location which sucks as a CCA member who lives close. But that guy sucks... which I told the employee who served me on my way out along with I think he's doing a good job. If that manager stays on hopefully he knows his worth and finds better employment.
I visited Harvey's this branch first time as I don't know what it famous for so I ask with staff for help and the team staff very good and always ready to help and greed with kindness. Their was old lady on cash whontakinh orders I think her name was some Deb I am not sure but other staff calling her with this name she was too nice and kind. Other staff name Hasan who was at another side so I ask him what best here and he guide me share lot of options as i tried chicken buffalo spicy one with crispy jalapeño with frozen redbull peach. The food is great and also the team working was also very kind and helpful. I will come go back and also ask my friends to visit that branch for sure. Only one concern to share that this restaurant need some upgrades of furniture is getting very old need polish on those, other all good.

Decided to grab a quick bite with my parents while out shopping yesterday. My Mom has been craving onion rings. Service at this Harvey's was good. We each ordered a Kids Meal. Any time one of these chain burger joints decides to introduce a gluten-friendly bun (really wish we had a Shake Shack in Ottawa), it will automatically become my favourite place to go.

worst place ever. I ordered food from skip and the app confirmed my order for them. Then i ask them to confirm if they got my order and they will not answer my question and continuously hang up. terrible customer service and responsibility!
