These days when I go and make my order, the staff are really friendly and considerate! Moreso than like 5-10 years ago, they help label different burgers on the outside of the wrapping paper if you order different types and/or get different toppings on them, which helps a ton.

I visited Harvey's this branch first time as I don't know what it famous for so I ask with staff for help and the team staff very good and always ready to help and greed with kindness. Their was old lady on cash whontakinh orders I think her name was some Deb I am not sure but other staff calling her with this name she was too nice and kind. Other staff name Hasan who was at another side so I ask him what best here and he guide me share lot of options as i tried chicken...

Decided to grab a quick bite with my parents while out shopping yesterday. My Mom has been craving onion rings. Service at this Harvey's was good. We each ordered a Kids Meal. Any time one of these chain burger joints decides to introduce a gluten-friendly bun (really wish we had a Shake Shack in Ottawa), it will automatically become my favourite place to go.
