This place is RUN LIKE THE NAVY. I was there last week during the day and the staff worked together like a well oiled machine to build my burger and make my poutine. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood too. This whole crew deserves a big raise.

Great experience. The dynamic of all the employees were amazing. They worked very well together. Damien really stood out though. He was running each station (drive through, cash, and lobby) and really put in the effort to run each smoothly. He was rushing around and you could tell he really cared about doing the job right. He even came around to us at the table twice. Once to see if we needed anything and then went and got us drawing materials for our kids later on. It's rare to see such great service at a fast food establishment. Keep it up! ☺️

I had a wonderful experience today at lunch thanks to two amazing employees, one woman and one man at the drive thru who went above and beyond for me. I brought my own gluten-free buns, and they did everything they could to make my meal work with them. They were kind, patient, and so willing to help. Their great service truly made my day. We are group of 4 and we ordered grill chicken,veggie , crispy chicken, BH Angus. Once we placed order then manager inform us to wait 7-8 minutes because they are making fresh and they always make fresh burger so it was worth to wait and value of money as well.I love this location because of their great service , freshly made food in front of your eyes.100% recommend this location.

Angus burger with cheese & bacon generally ok but the bun is way too small for the burger. No taste, & overly salty. You end up eating it with a fork, bun just falls apart. The fries were stale & dry. Inedible & in the bin they went. The onion rings tasted like shoe leather. Flat, no taste. Very greasy. Into the bin it went too. Now the chocolate milkshake. Unequivocally the absolute worst milk shake ever tasted. Plus the lid didn’t close properly so of course, it fell apart as I got out of the car. Maybe karma, maybe not. Not returning is the simplest answer to this dive. The employees were nice though. Tim’s don’t worry, you still have the best ice cap. Best of all the lid functions as it supposed to. Grade: F score: 0/5

We had one of the worst dining experiences at this Harvey’s location. When we arrived to dine in, we noticed that almost every table was wobbly and unstable. We tried several before finally sitting at one, but suddenly all of the water spilled over, soaking my husband’s pants and even our sandwiches. We had to move to another table, which was already frustrating enough. To make matters worse, an employee came over to check the table we had been sitting at, then came to us and very rudely asked, “Are you the ones who dropped water on the floor?” My husband tried to explain what really happened and asked to speak with the manager. To our surprise, she claimed to be both the manager and the owner. Instead of listening or showing any empathy, she was extremely rude and dismissive. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. A manager or owner should know how to treat guests respectfully and handle problems properly. After this experience, we will never return to this location, and I will also be filing a complaint directly with the franchise.
