We went there 5 mins prior for a shake and they refused to serve us like it’s terrible customer service they are giving. Whoever is the manager make sure to train your crew correctly. I always visit dairy queen robertson one before closing and they never refused me to serve learn from them

Front desk service is nice but there're some recommendations to the guy who's in charge of making hamburger and fries behind the front desk. Recommendation: 1. Wearing gloves while making the fry and hamburger. This is really important and basic! 2. Avoid making the meat burnt

Angus burger and onion rings were not hot enough the first time warm and I requested a hotter one, well the cook didn't do that right the second time either, tepid warm, I stuck my finger in the patty. Not going there again. Cook the food properly and make sure it is HOT!

Just got a burger to go. When I was eating the burger I noted it tasted funny. I looked at the patty, it is really pink on one side of the patty and brown on the there side. I threw out the burger. How disappointing. I won't be back.

I'm not a fan, the meat has a very rubbery texture, very strange, the Ranch sauce is not very good either and the fries are nothing special

As a previous employee of this location and other harveys, it's kinda sad to see how the customer service has declined. Asking for fresh food shouldn't be a hassle but yet I had to ask multiple times and then was still given older food. Do better

We go to this Harvey's almost weekly as we have to go in once a week for an appointment. The food is always so good!
I have seen them be so busy and short staffed, they still provide the best service they can. Their lunches are always crazy busy as to where they are located. Food is always fresh and yummy!!
