The burgers are really good, and their hero sauce is what makes this place one of my personal favourite burger places in Ottawa. Unfortunately, the prices get really high, especially when paying for a patty larger than 4 oz and paying $1-2 for mushrooms and onions etc. Furthermore, you may order a burger once and it is amazing, and the next time it is burnt and dry.
I order family combo burger meals 2 with gluten-free burger Buns 2 for regular burger buns, gluten-free buns were not fresh it was stale we couldn’t eat but other regular buns were fresh and tasty. I hope management takes seriously my complaints and check the burger buns daily and if not fresh hot Close the stale they can do something.
The last time I ordered the special fries, I didn't get them got regular ones. This time, I ordered sautéed onions and didn't get them either. Pretty average food and small size for regular fries. May try a third time, not sure ?.
