The bagels are good...except the chocolate bagels were a bit stale. Also the restaurant was very cold, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat.

Great bagels if they have any. Dropped in on a Saturday at 2pm. No plain, no sesame, no poppyseed, no everything, but you can have a dozel gross looking red and green holiday bagels. Come on guys you're a bagel shop, cook some bagels. Not the first time I've had this issue at College Square location.

Still a great location, and service was quick, but I'm dissapointed in the bagels now. The hole in the dozen bagels I ordered are huge now! Super hard to cut since they are so flimsy. Shrinkflation is a real thing

Only scoring it so high because I hope they resolve their quality issues fast. I’ve been twice in the last two weeks and both times at least 2 of my dozen haven’t been fully cooked while others have been slightly burnt. The blueberry cream cheese is also different every time… please sort it out because it used to be so much more consistent

Always interested in trying new places and things. Don't understand the hype around this place. Their bagels do taste good but their sandwiches are nothing special. Philly was ice cold, as well as not filling in anyway. It's best as a snack. Glad to be able to try but will not be going back.
Overall very good. But when someone orders a sandwich on an untoasted bagel, you should make sure that the bagel used is fresh, since there's no toasting to hide any staleness.
