Poor and inattentive service. Got two sandwiches and they made them with the wrong bagel. Bagel selection was also limited. Sandwiches were decent otherwise but most of the tables were dirty.

Was served a cold bagel hotdog, definitely not recommended to buy one of those.
Worst experience…. I wanted to order a vegetarian bagel, A croissant and a coffee the cashier messed up and he didn’t even asked me which size I want in Coffee and charged me for large one and when I complain about me he said I didn’t asked for First of all I asked which kind of coffee do they sell so How am I supposed to know about the size?? After that he did something and cancel my coffee and still charged me 15$ for croissant and bagel and when I picked up my order he actually forgot to give me croissant.

This morning at 5:45 we stopped for bagels to take to work. They had absolutely none ready to sell and the girl said it would be an hour. Why is a place that is open 24/7 have no bagels? I'm not saying everything should be fully stocked but a few of the more popular ones in case you want to eat something or as previously stated, taken to work. We eventually bought some pre bagged one

Specifically ordered 6 Bagels Assorted NO SESAME. I explained to the worker that I'm anaphylactic and to specifically not put any sesame seed bagels. To my surprise the worker put mainly sesame seed bagels mixed in with some of the ones I chose. Only found out when I got home and started having an allergic reaction from touching the bag that there was LOTS of sesame seed bagels as well as sesame seed all over the bag.
Disappointed as a long time Kettlemans consumer. Not allergy friendly.
