I grabbed the roast chicken bagel from Kettlemens Bagel Co. and loved it. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the bagel had that perfect crisp-chewy bite. Satisfying, balanced, and totally worth it. 4.5/5.

Normally my experience here is great, but the past 2 Sundays they keep giving you condiment packets, vs just putting the dressing on when making the sandwich’s. I also got a cream cheese bagel with jam, and never received the jam. A little disappointing, and I feel like you could just go to Tim’s for that service. I also left feedback about this over a week ago via their email communication, but no follow up or acknowledgement and keeps happening now. Again, typically awesome...
