I placed order on Uber and choose to pick my order. After 15 minutes I arrived this store to pick my food. There was no customer inside and the crew member who was there didn’t even notice that there was a order! and this was not the first time. This store do not have dine in option nor any drive throu still at 7:20pm they are not prepared for the order. This proves that why KFC in ontario struggling. Feeling sorry for this renowned brand.

Do not order from this place. They’re so disorganized and they are consistently late with every order unless you order an hour out of time. Some of the pieces look like they were taken off of a pigeon on top of the roof and some of the other pieces are so small that I just took them for a chicken wing. This is the absolute worst franchise I’ve ever seen and I’m surprised KFC is allowing it to run with their name on it because there are places in Toronto that are absolutely perfect.

Guys change your oil or something. I think this place needs a KFC overhaul. The reviews here are consistently bad and for good reason.

Had a disturbing experience at this KFC location. There was a confrontation that broke out between the staff and several customers regarding confusion of the orders. My order, along with those of several other customers, were all mixed up and not ready on time. From how uncomfortable I felt in the store due to the arguments taking place, it prompted me to leave without my food, which was not ready to begin with. I have yet to be issued a refund by KFC Canada after filing a claim three weeks ago.

Very disappointed with the service at this location.

Waited here for over an hour on a Friday, I understand wait time can be longer on a Friday, but when I ordered I was told max it will take 20 minutes and then every ten minute one person was getting order and it felt all very clogged up back there. Got late order, no receipt, had to ask for the drink that I paid for already, though food was as expected it was chaos in this location

Waited 20min for my order, and it was made wrong. The Big Crunch was beyond disgusting as it was rock solid and the mayo looked like it was applied hours before. Completely turned me off my meal. Also they charge $1.19 extra for rings, and put 4 in the bag! Service was the slowest I've ever seen, and the only one who was on the ball was some guy who had just started his shift (I assume). Kudos to him for getting things figured out, and shame on the kitchen staff who thinks it's okay to allow such terrible food products to leave the kitchen.

This location I've found is usually above average, their food is more consistent than downtown or in Québec.

With that said, last night I ordered on the app at 10:26 and then when I got to the restaurant at 10:45, I was informed they are closing early and couldn't fill my order. I asked for compensation and was denied.

The absolute least you could have done is phone me before I wasted the time making the trip which in turn caused me to miss out on ordering from elsewhere. We had an agreement, my credit card was billed, and you did not live up to your end of it.

I am willing to remove this if my complaint ends up being properly addressed but I'm not going to hold my breath.

We just received our order from UberEats and it’s was atrocious! It took forever to arrive, said it was wrapping up for almost 45 mins. Everything was cold, the chicken was rock hard and overdone, dry and tasteless. The “festive” sandwich was a plain chicken sandwich smothered in mayo and not even a teaspoon of stuffing and cranberry. The poutine was cold and the cheese was stuck in 1 big clump and it was just a complete mess! On top of that the brownie was expired! I thought it would be good after the Renos… basically waited 1-2 hrs for inedible disappointment, def never eating here again! 0/5 ⭐️

Very tight space, and waited 25min for my order… which was missing items. Fountain pop was very watered down, and food could have been much better. That being said, the staff are nice
